It is good for keeping previoys years data. Some online explanations are not crystal clear. For the price of simply using an online app a real person review that data were correctly presented should be included. There should be notification when it has been filed following queiing.

The online platform guided us clearly through the process and even provided helpful information we had not previously known. However, when we needed assistance, reaching an agent was less convenient than expected, and we would have appreciated more personalized and timely follow-up regarding our situation.

I really like how easy the questions were. Made it simple compare to others and I am happy that there could be potential of money comming in.I think it would great to understand why all the forms, schedules and sheets are necessary for the IRS. Also I like how you all made the euro usd conversion using the IRS rate.

I switched to them because my other expat tax service jacked their prices over $400 just for filing with an FBAR. MyExpatTax is far more reasonable, less than half.
