This company does zero due diligence or research and just takes anything that falls in their hands, they have tried to charge minors and people that don’t exist money!!

My Advisor’s approach

Your advisor listened and understood everything that I had explained to her!
Her response was very reassuring and I was told that the relevant information would get relayed back to the company in question and that she will contact me again if necessary! I found this advisor to be very polite and helpful very professional and understanding more than I can say about the company chasing up Full Payment when I’ve always paid monthly!!!

Terrible keep trying to make me a pay a debt even tho I shown proof of the company cancelled everything but there keep insisting on having me call the company like sort your company out before I sue you for harassment

Refuse to listen to reality

Couldn't tell you how many times I've answered the phone or informed them that I'm not the person they think I am, nor have I ever someone with that name.
Now today, I had received FIVE identical texts so once again, I go to their website to tell them that it's the wrong number.
I then get a sixthte text of the day! Absolute joke. This is literally harassment at this point...

I’m very unwell at the moment. I’m having to rely on benefits. He suggested people that can be helpful in my situation He was very understanding & it was a different experience than I expected.
He is a credit to the company.
Because I said I could pay in full if they give me a discount I was gratefully given 25% off!
That’s another unnecessary worry out of the way.

False claims!

According to EPFS, I owed money in the region of £12.47 to EE. I phoned EE to query this phantom charge. After a lot of digging into my account, the very kind gent from EE informed me that there is no debt or outstanding charge on my account. EPFS have been harassing me with phone calls and emails. EPFS are scam artists! DO NOT engage with them!

Good experience if you have to deal with them…

The agent I spoke to was very professional and listened to what I had to say. He was very polite and definitely a credit to the company. I received several texts reminding me to call them, and when they called and I was busy they were polite and apologised for the disturbance. When I got their letter I scanned the QR code and got onto the correct part of the website easily and made an agreement to pay which was done with out too much back and forth as I agreed to pay a sensible amount and the website agreed to it and went on to set up a direct debit mandate etc. easy and painless process. Highly recommend this stress free method.
