Good quality product great price fast delivery looks as good as it’s advertised

Ordered set of 8 door handles and hinges for my new doors came next day good quality have not fitted them yet but very nice would recommend them good price

Ordered 4 door handles, but unfortunately the wrong design were sent out. I rang up and spoke to Amman who was very sympathetic to my situation and offered a number of options to resolve the matter. He dealt with the situation professionally and to my satisfaction, therefore not delaying my decorator who was on site at my home. Credit to the company.

Excellent company giving first class service. Having purchased four sets of door handles and fitting them to the appropriate doors they looked great . After about 4 months the finish on one handle was damaged. I rang Mydoorhandles and explained. Immediately the customer service gentleman after finding my original order said he would get another set dispatched to me. To my surprise it arrived next day. Wish all companies were that helpful and efficient. Thank you

Could not rate more highly.

Where to start. The range of products is amazing, prices are exceptionally competitive and even better they offer bundles (5 of / 10 of) at even more discounted rates. Had exactly what I wanted and with variations (different roses, colours, combinations of additionals etc). Order arrived next day, everything had been quality checked and not sure if just specific to the handles I ordered but placed inside little socks to try and keep them secure. Absolutely amazing touch!

Sadly one of the handles had the spindle come loose in transit and put a few dents and dings in one of the handles ordered. But after speaking to someone it was immediately remediated, hands down one of the nicest and friendliest customer service experiences I have received. I also personally made an error in one of my items which again they were more than helpful with resolving.

Highly (highly) recommend Mydoorhandles. 10/10 range, 10/10 prices, 10/10 delivery and 10/10 customer service.

I will certainly be returning again with the upcoming kitchen refit as the handles I purchased (for pantry) were beyond my expectations.

Best customer service we've had in a while!! Staff is extremely helpful and responsive. Aman was very nice and helpful.
Order was shipped pretty much immediately and arrived the following day. It turned out we ordered the wrong thing and they helped us figure out the return quickly. They also cover the shipping cost of the returns and issued the refund immediately. They then helped us figure out exactly what we need, with lots of patience might I add, what is the cheapest way of getting it and found the best solution for us. The order once again was shipped immediately and arrived the following day and it was perfect. Plus their price is fantastic. Couldn't recommend them more! We will return to them for sure.

I've been really impressed by this company. Great products and first class customer service. I've never fitted door handles before and this company have helped with all the questions I've sent them and even sent out different parts for free when I realised that I'd bought the wrong ones. Really good customer service is hard to find and this is the best I've experienced in many, many years.

I didn't have any clue how to order door hardware but it was so easy to buy what I needed from MyDoorHandles. I would give them more starts if I could, for several reasons: 1. Easy to speak to the team and discuss all you need to know. They are nice and competent; 2. No delivery/return charges; 3 Replacement with no additional cost; 4. I made a wrong purchase and based on my previous order, they noticed the difference and emailed me to clarify if I made a mistake - which I actually did. Great job guys!

We had a minor issue with some door handles we had ordered and Stacey, who we dealt with, went above and beyond with customer service and the issue was sorted out.

I purchased from them twice – a total of three sets of the Door Look (Golden Grace Victorian Scroll Polished Chrome Door Handle Privacy Pack 120mm + Hinges & 63mm Latch). During installation, I encountered several issues and sought their assistance. They explained everything with great care and patience, and their response time was exceptionally fast. I have never had such a pleasant online shopping experience! I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

Fantastic company brilliant selection of handles, the customer service is awesome I had an issue with one handle contacted them no hassle replacing my handle.

Ordered and fitted 5 golden grace handles , unfortunately one broke after only a few uses, contacted them and received a replacement and a refund within 48 hours. The customer service was great.Would definitely recommend and will use the company again

Bought a mortise lock that came with 2 keys. Can’t get them cut anywhere and they can’t supply more. Complete waste of time and now had to buy another lock
