Items good quality for the price bad delivery experience
Items good quality for the price. The problem was DHL delivery tracking was poor and confusing, parcel was delivered to DHL Service Point, no notification of delivery or pick-up code received has to sort the pickup out myself. Outer flimsy plastic packaging torn items nearly dropping out. A number of boxes damaged luckily the contents survived.

My partner ordered the wrong door…
My partner ordered the wrong door handles and when I asked if could exchange (despite a few weeks after purchase) they were really helpful and accommodating and said to pop in to sort. All staff really friendly and got the correct handles and option of partial refund. Great company and great door handles.

I’m genuinely impressed
I’m genuinely impressed—the price-to-quality ratio is excellent, and I would highly recommend their products.
Delivery was prompt, the materials feel durable, and the design is clean and modern.
I purchased a full kit including handles, locks, and hinges, and everything was supplied with star screws. They even included an Allen key, which was a great touch.

Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. The customer service team answered all my questions and were very helpful. The door handles and hardware are great quality, and my order arrived the very next day which was impressive.
I was short of 4 hinges (my own fault), but after a quick phone call they sorted it out straight away. Great customer service and quick response.
Highly recommend this company for quality products and reliable service.

I could not place my order on line after a few attempts so I phoned to see if the order could be made over the phone I spoke to a very helpful person called Darnell nothing was to much trouble and I received a very good service and would not hesitate to use this company again.
