Totally unimpressed - avoid
Totally unimpressed. The misleading company name suggests they are UK-based. I was therefore very surprised to be told that I had to return my purchase to China, and at my own expense. The cheapest method I could find was £25 so not worth it on a £45 order. I had no quibble with the bras I purchased, they were simply unsuitable but my recommendation has to be AVOID this company unless you are sure of what you are purchasing.
Update: The standard response I received is simply insulting. All the information required has already been shared with the "support@" email with whom I have been corresponding since May. My review is the result of utter frustration with their intransigence, particularly as the package has a UK return address in case of non-delivery. I stand by my earlier words.

Cheap broken item. Terrible customer service
I ordered a foot file from my cosmetics. Not only did the item arrived broken, but is very poorly made. I paid £50 for a cheaply made item sent to me directly from china. I’ve been contacting them repeatedly for over 6 weeks trying to return this product. Out of 20 odd emails sent they have only replied 3 times, each time there’s been no resolution.
I’ve now had to ask another company to help me return the item. And once again they’ve had no response.
I would strongly advise Not buying from this company

The goods were not as expected and way bigger than anticipated so imagine my horror when asked to return to CHINA at my own cost - half the cost of the goods.
The reviews are all five star of the goods on their website, I would guess as the names are similar that they may not be genuine reviews. Two weeks later I cannot see my one star review on the website…

I feel so stupid to think this was a genuine company based in London. £50 out of pocket and like most customers on here unwilling to waste more money shipping back to China. Absolutely shocking. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This company is so shady. Contrary to their website address, they are not based in the UK, the products are shipped directly from China. If you want to return something it takes weeks to get any information from customer service on the returns procedure (they literally take 3 days to respond to an email) , and then they expect you to ship the product back to China, at your own cost! Waste of money
I ordered a pack of 3 bras which were supposed to give lift and shape , they are absolute rubbish, they don't do what they say they will , I got in touch to return them for a refund and was given an address in China , it would have cost £19.50 to send them back and as I'd already spent over £42.00 on them I didn't want to risk losing an other £19.50 , I didn't know if they would get there or if I would be given the refund so they were a complete waste of money , I think all the 5 star reviews on this product were a lie , do not buy from this company!!

People need to be aware that on their site they have multiple reviews at 5 stars what you'll see though is the same names repeated over and over again it's a lie and a con. Still waiting for a response the item is not even close for size. Just don't order guys just not worth it. I'd like to add they made me send the parcel back to China!! If you contact them to arrange a return in accordance with their published returns policy they will fob you off with promises of wanting to put things right! Try a telephone call - oh, that is a premium number and they take a cut of the telephone charges!
Yes, they do give a return address for your unwanted items, but guess what, it is China! You have to pay postage and you have no idea if they will in fact refund you! So probably not a good idea to send good money after bad! You have been warned!

This is a Chinese scam company
Their response would suggest that they intended to rectify this matter. Don’t be fooled. I contacted them again.

Update .. Taken so long to even respond to this. What do they expect to achieve ? They told me I had to send the defective items that didn’t work back to China … this response is just to make it look like they aren’t scammers. They are. I wasted money on their rubbish.
I have e mailed them anyway with the order number. Waste of time I suspect.
This is a Chinese scam company. Do not order from this company.
Order #21069 was junk that they sent me instead of hair straighteners and they have told me to return them to China EVEN THOUGH ONLY ORDERED FROM THEM BECAUSE THEY HAD A UK E MAIL ADDRESS AND UK ADDRESS.
