Do not order with this company
Do not order with this company. Worst customer service ever experienced, and it’s doubtful that it’s a legitimate company.
I ordered an item which was delivered two weeks late, and I’ve spent the last 3 weeks trying to get a refund.
Be warned!
I gave my cosmetics London two stars for sending packaging labelled with the size I had ordered but containing garments of a different size. I now publish a one star review. In November 2024, I returned the wrong-sized garments to the address Anita supplied in China. I twice supplied photos of the sizing labels, twice supplied the return address I was given and used, twice supplied a scanned receipt for postage in November, but Customer Services prevaricates and has failed to send the garments in the correct size or to provide a refund. Please read the numerous similar reviews and you will see a definite pattern of refund or replacement failure.
Still awaiting my refund from mycosmetics
I received an e'mail in february to advise me that my complaint had been passed on to the relavant department to deal with it and to date I have heard nothing. This has now been going on since late december.I really should not have given it one star
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM
Ordered a month ago and nothing has arrived. I had some reply that my order was in transit but now they are just not responding. Paid extra for express delivery but have lost £35. Truly shocking that a business can operate in this manner. Complete scammers
SCAMMERS
Oh dear. I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering on 9th Feb. Quoted 5-8 days delivery from London. Coming from China. No sign of my order 2 weeks on. The tracking number doesn't work. And you can't get hold of them. Not on my own in this apparently. AVOID!!!!
Please avoid
Please avoid, they are thieves and I have no idea how they keep getting away with scamming people.
Have just reported them on line to Trading Standards.
They cannot keep stealing from people pretending they're based in London?
Avoid!!!!!!!!!!!
Avoid, avoid, avoid. Scam.
I ordered my parcel a month ago, not received.
Phone contact not possible.
Email contact not possible.
Tracking number doesn't work.
Disgraceful, how that's possible they are still open and stealing from people?!?!?
Ordered from this website over two…
Ordered from this website over two weeks ago, still have not received my order. Unable to track my order as it is telling me order number not recognized. Sent an email but was unable to be delivered, also tried to ring number on website but number is not in use. If this is not resolved I will be going to consumer advice UK and I will post on every social media platforms to warn other people. Going by other reviews everyone is leaving the same review as myself. Very frustrating I just want my order that I have paid for or my money back!
Product Never Received. No communication, Not based in London as stated.
Where is the product I ordered during the middle of January?!
After reading all these negative comments, I am not now expecting to receive anything!
You state you are from London when you are in China! That is “fraud by way of misrepresentation”! Which is a Criminal Offencs!

Do not use this company they are scammers , I wish I had read their reviews before I ordered , if the product you ordered even if it was off their size chart is not correct you have to send it back to China which in my case was £16 I did not return it after reading other reviews that said after 7 months they had not had a refund .

Wish I had read reviews earlier.I bought eye cream and it was all dried up, got in touch and their advice was to rub cream between fingers to warm it up. There wasn’t enough cream to warm up. I would never had bought it if I had known it wasn’t coming from UK. Lesson learned.

WARNING
WARNING .. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY .. it is a scam as they are based in China and all contact made through a dubious Anita Support. It appears to be a UK company with a UK address on their website and a UK returns address on their delivery package (when it finally arrived! I requested a return as unsuitable and was told to send it back to China which would have cost more than product itself! I realised at this point something wasn’t right so luckily read others reviews on TrustPilot and informed my credit card company who will be investigating and refunding my purchase. Lucky I didn’t waste any further money trying to send back to China and never getting a refund

No customer service; goods shipped via Wuhan!
This company does not answer emails; does not deliver on time and does not tell you that goods are shipped via Wuhan in China. This should ring alarm bells if you are considering any type of purchase - particularly cosmetics.

Do not use this company
My mum bought a bra from these scammers. She liked the product, but wanted a different size.
The website provides no information regarding their returns process. There was no reply from the ‘contact us’ phone number. Repeated emails to their ‘care team’ finally established that returns had to be sent to CHINA!!!!
Several months later, the package has been returned from China, no replacement has been supplied, and no refund given.
I wish my mum had read these company reviews before parting with £40 for the bras, and £18 for postage. I am beyond angry at how this company has exploited my mum.

Do not use this company!!!! Bought an all in one bodysuit which arrived fine but I needed to send back which turns out is in CHINA so spent a lot on shipping as surprise surprise there was no other alternative. Have been chasing for a refund/have sent several emails and tried calling a number of times with absolutely no response. I have provided tracking number to them various times. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Very frustating as I know I will never ever get a refund.

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY
Placed an order £299 after seeing 5 STARS on goggle search. I received the gaget nearly one month later. Gaget was usless - not working. Tried to contact the company NOBODY HAS GOT BACK TO ME. I have tried and tried calling, emailing. I looked them up thinking I would pop in to see them at their London office only to find that they do not exist at their Office address given on their website. The address they have given is really called "VIRTUAL OFFICES". This company gets paid to allow lots of companies to ONLY use this address. So they do not take messages or help in any other way. In fact they have absolutely no connection whatsoever with the companies that pay them to use their address. My recommendation - STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. What I would like to know is how they got 5 stars on google search website when their Trustpilot reviews are SO BAD. I must remember next time to always check with Trustpilot first.
