Each product has been tested and is made with excellence, which does take some time but it is well worth the wait. This company is stellar. They have kept people informed of where in the production they are for all their products. I received my products and even though there was a communication error in what ribbon color I was supposed to have, Jimmy is working with me to ensure I get my correct color.
