Good service

Great service, friendly team. Didn’t give it 5 stars as it took a while for the part to come in and I had a 7 hour wait before finding out the part hadn’t arrived yet.

Whilst the Service personnel were nice, I have a few critical feedback items:
1. Inability to diagnose / provide an answer to why my cars inbuilt gps is not working. Told to contact BYD to investigate.

2. No answer as to why my front tyres are bald given it is only 12 months old and only one about 14k

I will be taking the car directly to BYD for servicing as I believe they will be able to do more in terms of the cars electronics

Tuesday 23June26 just at nightfall. My car tells me to top up the oil, so I pulled in to Mycar at Cammeray. The shop had no supplies of the synthetic oil mix I needed. So I walked into the mechanics service area to ask what else I should use. They had the correct oil mix and put 1.5 litres into my car. I will remember this kindness for a long time - thank you to the Mycar Cammeray heroes.

Came in for a tyre replacement - unfortunately, the tyre didn't arrive on time as planned. The team handled it brilliantly with early communication and regular updates.

Lachie and his staff were very helpful when we arrived with screw in front tyre of our tow vehicle heading to Mildura. Lachie got the staff to rearrange the other cars waiting for service so we could park with the caravan still attached and have our repair done. After removing the wheel and finding screw had done no damage they sent us on our way without charge. Very impressed with their super quick service and honesty.

The basic service was great overall. However, when booking the Essential Plus service, I had included a note asking if the condition of the timing chain could be checked.

Unfortunately, this wasn't mentioned during the service, so I'm not sure if the note was seen. For a $300 service, I was hoping this request would at least be discussed. I would have been happy to pay any additional cost if a separate inspection was required.

It's not a major issue, but I just wanted to provide some feedback and suggest checking the additional notes on bookings, as customers may include important requests there.

On time and no fuss replacement of 4 tyres on my Mercedes.

They slotted me in without an appointment because I needed a new Battery ASAP. Adam and the Staff are just so very friendly and helpful. Seven Hills.

It’s not so much the car service. I paid for service, and am waiting over 2 weeks for a refund of work that was not performed on my car. I’ve called, emailed and gone in person but it seems nothing is being done about it.

Great price & work always done to very high standards

Staff is very efficient and reliable.

Excellent service as usual. Can't fault them at all.
