The only reason I gave one less star was the seat covers were left in a dirty state with grease /dirt/ hand stains on them ..which I did speak to manager about and he got a worker to promptly clean them .
Would recommend disposable seat covers be used by mechanics to protect the customers seats in future ..
But overall very happy with service and price . Thank you

The customer service was great, however the suggested report for repairs was outrageously expensive and inaccurate, I have had another mechanical report and less than half the items that your people suggested that needed repairs actually need doing, so that is very disappointing that you try to misinform customers.wont be using this place again.....

I had a fair bit of various things done to my car and I was told what needed to be done and how much it would cost. I have a car that is just over 20 years old and at the moment need to keep it running as long as possible. The guys did a great job. They did my timing belt, and the car was running a bit sluggish. So I called back the following day and they adjusted the timing and now my car runs really well. I have not yet had a bad experience with the service at Mycar and will happily take my car there for future service. Thank you.

Prompt support
Vinnie was very prompt, able to fit me in and provided advice and quote when I had an issue with tyre. Ordered replacement tyre and all sorted in 24 hours.
