Paul is so friendly professional and efficient.
Why? because he is caring and takes pride of what he does.
You can tell picking the right tyres for my car. Running so smooth.
Thanks Paul.

I have previously had excellent service with the Box Hill store but was thoroughly cross at being hoodwinked by Paul. After taking a tyre with a nail in the centre of the tread to the store, I received a call to advise that it could not be repaired. Why not I ask? The tyre is older that 5yrs (2019 Model RAV) and recent legislation deems it it unfit? My two boys fell about laughing at the proposition as no such thing has been mandated. A new tyre was $270

Do not go to Bob Jane absolutely appalling, pathetic service the Mildura store tried to sell me tyres I didn’t need on top of that lied to me about my puncture couldn’t be repaired which is rubbish I went to a competitor they said yes it can be fixed it was done in under 20 min. The manager Matt and Taylor at the Mildura store took 5 hours and did nothing to the car with no apologies or communication. Richard regional/district manager fobbed me off when I spoke to him over the phone just rude, spoke over me and did not offer me a remedy for the ridiculous wait of 5 hours. Bob Jane are nothing but thieves, very dishonest
Manager Renee was professional, efficient, excellent with customer service. Top quality all round. I'll be a permanent customer from now on.Thank you.

Terrible experience.
The unfilled promised return phone calls, the mansplaining, the crazy messed up workshop, the lack of empathy when I showed them my damaged rims, the condescending attitude of the manager saying he was right about everything. And dont bother using their complaint process. Its been 4 weeks - no response - and they excuses, "its Christmas..." they say. Not a way to run a business.
Will not use Bob Jane T-Mart ever again
I’m reviewing the Pulteney Street, Adelaide outlet.
When I made this appointment a couple of days ago I was told the job (a puncture repair) would take about 90 minutes. It took closer to 2 hours.
This wasn’t a foreseeable situation - 2 staff people didn’t turn up to work that morning - because it was too hot! I have to admit that I didn’t mind waiting a bit longer than 90 minutes. I listened to some podcasts, got a coffee and got some great advice from staff in the office.
The job was done as soon as possible. I thanked the employees in the workshop for their prompt efforts (in 42 degree heat!!). I was very impressed with all the staff I encountered - and with ‘Jerry’ (regional manager) for his personalised advice and assistance.
I have absolutely no knowledge of cars so it was good to get some knowledge from Jerry.
I learned some good car-related information from Jerry. He’s a wise choice by senior management for the customer-focused position of regional manager.✔️✔️✔️Thank you Jerry. Appreciated.
My wife bought 4 new tyres from this location some time ago when her car needed them and had them rotated recently. I’ll now do the same when the time comes.

Today I called Bob Jane because I needed to order a spare wheel for a trailer.
I was told they could order it in, but only if I came into the store and paid in person. I asked if I could place the order over the phone and make payment that way, but I was told that was not possible.
I explained that I use a wheelchair, and travelling in just to place an order is an unnecessary hassle when I could easily provide my card details over the phone. The answer was still no.
So I made the effort to go in.
When I arrived, I discovered there is a step at the entrance to the office, with no ramp and no level access. I asked why there was no ramp, and the franchisee owner told me they could not justify the cost of installing one. I was also told a ramp would be a trip hazard and that it would cost around sixty thousand dollars, which frankly sounds like a figure pulled out of thin air.
People with disabilities drive cars. We own vehicles. We tow trailers. We need tyres and servicing like everyone else.
This is not about convenience or preference. These are essential services. Unlike cafes or restaurants, where you can simply choose another option, vehicle servicing is not something you can always avoid or easily shop around for.
Accessibility should not be optional when it comes to essential services.
The guys at Box Hill seemed nice enough and friendly. I got a set of tyres that were supposed to be good but they seem get punctured easily. Never had punctures before I got their tyres but have had 2 in 18 months. Went to their Doncaster branch with a punctured tyre and and the guy there was curt and totally unhelpful - told me to come back in 3 days. When my own roadside assist came to their car park to help me 1.5 hours later, they were surprised that Bob Jane people wouldn't lift a finger to help. Won't be back there - finding a new car tyre service for sure.

Purchased 4x Pirelli tyres online 01/12/2025 under valid 40% discount sale at Beenleigh, QLD store (not my nearest store, but selected as showing as stock available). Amount $1,265.00 deducted from my credit card 01/12/2025.
Received call 02/12/2025 morning advising no stock held (unnamed person from Beenleigh store blaming head office marketing/inventory recording error), not only at Beenleigh store but any store in Australia. I then received email notification that my order cancelled and refund could take 5-7 business days. Cancellation email signed off “we hope to serve you again in the future” ?!?
In checking Bob Jane website 02/12/2025 7pm, I see miraculously same tyres now available at Beenleigh store (as well as numerous stores around Australia) for $1,760.00 (under $200 cash back offer).
With the sudden availability of exact same tyres (brand, size and quantity) one day later, it seems Bob Jane company unwilling to sell tyres at promoted 40% discount rate (saving c.$700), make up some excuse of head office marketing/inventory recording error and resell very next day at $200 cash back offer.
And to cap it off, my payment made 01/12/2025 could take 5-7 business days to refund?

We took our car in to get 4 new tyres & somehow in the process they damaged one of our rims in several place, we contacted them & sent them some photos, 1st they said ‘we did not do this’, secondly they have said bring it down, bearing in mind it’s over an hours drive away, we clean our car weekly & we would have definitely seen the damage prior to booking it in if it was already there, I tried ringing them twice today and they’re ignoring my phone calls, I’m seriously upset with the damage, Bob Jane TMart are not taking this damage seriously, very very unhappy!!! I would not recommend this business!!
Update!
Replied to their response on here twice and have been ghosted, turned up today as prearranged on our part, to have Manager turn around and refuse responsibility saying "it wasn't their machine that caused the damage'"
Put it this way, We will never trust this company with any other car, although our son had a good experience from another store, we definitely do not recommend this store, we have wasted over 3 hours of our time, effort, petrol and time off work trying to get them to fix what they have damaged!! Steer clear!

Took my wheel in for a puncture repair, to be told the tyre had 4 punctures and would have to be replaced.Decided to have 4 new tyres fitted & balanced. When driving home I experienced steering wheel shudder,so once home, I called the store to advise of the fault. They rebooked the car for a check & rebalance for the following day FOC. Again, when driving home, I experienced the same problem,so once home, I called the store again to advise the steering was still shuddering! Spoke to workshop foreman whos told me he noticed some play in the tie rods & this was more likely the cause of the problem not the balanbcing.I then called my regualr mechanic and explained what had happened and what I had been told, and he told me to take my car to another tyre shop and have the wheels checked,as he doubted it was a tie rod issue.I followed his advice & had the wheels checked. LH front had to be re-balanced and this rectified the steering problem.( NO shuddering now or mechanics bill!). From this experience I would not recommend Bob Jane

I Just had one tyre on my vehicle replaced by Bob Jane T-Mart Nowra this morning (Wed 26 Nov 2025).
When I returned home I noticed the wheel was dirty and damaged.
I washed the car last night and paid particular attention to the wheel and the tyre, which was to be replaced. The wheel was spotless.
I contacted the shop and they requested me to return and show them the damage.
On checking the wheel the gentleman said it looks like a "kerb strike" and not my responsibility. Blaming me for the damage.
A kerb strike would show scratches and scuffing. This has neither. It looks more like a possible compression or impact damage.
Also at the 9:00 to 10:00 position, you can see the marks, may be left by the tyre changing machine.
The person started to clean the wheel then commented he was not going to spend all day cleaning my wheel. Which brings me to my point.
A few years ago I had two tyres replaced by a "cheaper" tyre retailer. When I picked up the vehicle all four wheels were clean and the tyres blackened.
Now I wouldn't expect Bob Jane to go to that extreme but if your people took a bit more care / pride in their job and at least returned my property in the same condition they received it.
Which could mean, cleaning or owning any damage.
An issue like this, would most probably not occur.
This is on top of six calls and a 30 minute hold, trying to return a missed call yesterday.
Not impressed at all by your treatment and service.

One week ago I sent an on-line request for options to buy 4 A/T tyres for my 4WD. I listed the 5 brands I thought closest to my needs and detailed my vehicle and caravan useage. I asked for their recommendation and proposed to visit premises to discuss the deal. I received no answer or call.
I visited the store and found the they had replied to Bob Jane rather than my address.I received excellent advise in store and am now awaiting Nov sales to order my replacement tyres.

I was given back my car without brakes. Complete lack of duty of care. They did not admit liability. Did not help in any way to resolve the problem they caused. The car was therefore unroadworthy, totally unsafe to drive and a threat to pedestrians and other cars. I had no choice but to drive the car using the hand brake very slowly and carefully and fix the problem myself. My Lawyer will be hearing about this shortly.

Appalling Service, Dishonest Conduct, and Unprofessional Behaviour
I would strongly advise against using Bob Jane T-Marts Morayfield.
After paying over $800 for new tyres, I discovered that two hubcaps were missing — one never re-fitted, and another that flew off while driving, which is a serious safety hazard. Even more concerning, I later found that my near-new spare tyre had been removed and replaced with one of my old, completely bald tyres — the same tyres I was told were unsafe to drive on. I was never informed of this change at any stage, which is clearly deceptive and unacceptable.
When I raised these issues, I was initially blamed and dismissed by the franchise owner, Pete Fairfull. Only after contacting the Queensland Office of Fair Trading did the store finally agree to rectify the situation. When I visited to have the matter resolved, Mr Fairfull was rude, condescending, and passive-aggressive from the moment I arrived. He spoke down to me, challenged what I said despite clear evidence, and before I left told me I was “not welcome back” because he “didn’t appreciate my emails” and was “trying to run a professional business.”
It is beyond belief that such behaviour and language is what he considers “professional.” I simply raised legitimate concerns as a paying customer — which I am entirely entitled to do.
This experience demonstrates extremely poor professionalism, dishonesty, and disrespect toward customers, especially women. A business that behaves this way does not deserve public trust.
Avoid Bob Jane Morayfield at all costs — there are plenty of tyre shops that treat customers with honesty and basic respect.

Earlier this week i went at Southport branch to fix my puncher
Because it was on the side not under the tyre so he said i need a new tyre cant fix but he can fix it for a day as i had to go for my day trip.
So he gave me a quote Bristone elenz One Tyre after giving discount it was $760 and i gave him deposit $200
Because i had doubt of his quote and i was busy that day i went to Budget Tyre shop in Southport and after looking at he gave me quote same tyre $599
The difference was $161 for one tyre when i said i want refund then he said we do price match but he cant refund my advance then i said okay do it then.
After looking at his online investigation he didnot gave me any dollar match excuse was he cant see their online price?
Tyre specialist? Price match and and 10% less charge if customer can show less quote?
I leave these two Business words for all users for your understanding whether they are Bob jane T mart suppose to do this kind unethical Business?
If i didnt check with the second shop i wouldnt know how much unethical profit they are making from me
