made an effort to fit my service in after I could not keep the first booking

Everything went well with my car except the timing it took 5 hrs from 8am to 1pm to change the oil & do a pink slip that was done at 8.42am according to the printed receipt. I had given 3 weeks notice & paid $300 online when I booked my car in & my car was booked in for 8am, the first available time that the service would finish was the default time of 11.30am so I had no option but to select 11.30am....3.5 hrs..A text was sent to me at 1pm that I could come & collect my car. 1.5 hrs longer than the default time of 3.5 hrs. Is every car serviced for 5 hrs ?

Took my car in at 8am had a full oil change new tyres and other things done to my delight it was ready at 8:44am tyres were nice and polished oil was clean perfect job ,quick and efficient nice bloke at the counter 5 stars from me🌟 😀😀
