Ring went rusty and magnets fell out after two weeks. Contacted the company servers times with several different email addresses and not one response. Complete waste of money!

I have only had the ring for 4 days and I already feel a difference in my sleep and anxiety, and stress levels. I cant explain it but it really is making a huge change. I am going to give it a total of 30 days.. if it really works until then my whole family will get one for Christmas from me!!!

My boyfriend got me the Calminring for my birthday. It took forever to ship and he didn’t know why. When he went in to his order to track it it showed it was shipping from CHINA and not ARIZONA like it said it was in the Calmi website! The website states it’s made in Arizona! If it’s made in Arizona then why is it coming from China?! He was very frustrated and apologized to me and said it’s a bs ring and fake. I’m very into calming items and holistic ways. This was heartbreaking to hear after I had read about it on their site.

The magnets started falling off less than a week after I started wearing it. Customer service will not respond to my repeated outreach regarding a replacement, so I believe I'm out of luck.

Ring is of a poor quality so contacted them to instantly return the item. They replied with an address to return in China which the post office said would cost £16 to return! I have contacted calmi 4 more times for an alternative return/refund option and they are not responding to any of my communication. Do not recommend.

Waste of money. Do not buy one of these. Does NOTHING for ANYTHING. Felt NO different. Anxiety did not improve, did not sleep better, did not lose any weight, either! Wore the ring for one month before a magnet fell out. Total joke! Only thing that did happen is I’m out the money it cost and cannot return except for store credit (like I’m going to fall for buying anything else from them 🙄) So disappointed 😔

I order a set of two rings. Received them and immediately started wearing one. Within a few weeks the magnets started falling out. After two had fallen out, I reached out to customer service letting them know what had happened. They immediately responded and asked for pictures verifying my claim. I provided them to which they quickly replied that they would send me a replacement and provide the tracking number once it shipped. It has been 3 weeks since that last correspondence. No tracking number, no replacement. I have emailed twice asking for the tracking number with no response.

If you get it great, but if it gets delivered to the wrong place, or something goes wrong, good luck. They used an off brand delivery service and the package was delivered to the wrong house. Delivery picture to prove it. No response from Calmi.

I’ve received the ring fine, but within 2 weeks the rose gold ring changed color. Tried to contact my calmi but got ignored. Don’t waste your money.

Loved it when it first arrived. Have a quality issue and no response to multiple emails. Very disappointed. Makes it seem like they do t stand behind their product contrary to what they right online. Buyer beware your product may only last 2 months

Calmi sent me empty boxes. When I tried to contact them they ignored me. They are not responding. They sent me empty boxes but charged me full price.

I was so intrigued to get a ring as the promises made were everything I needed. On arriving it wasn’t adjustable and the prongs kept getting stuck in clothes
As for the promise of stress relief better sleep I’m afraid I felt nothing at all

Never received it. Relay the delivery company can not provide proof of delivery.
Calmi are ghosting me.

Horrible quality - rose gold ring changed color and lost 2 magnets within a month. Don’t waste your money

I’m currently in the process of trying to get a refund but they want me to post the ring back to France, I’ve asked for a prepaid label because return should not be at my cost. The ring is not as adverted or of satisfactory quality for the cost. The ring that arrived looks the same as the £4 ones on eBay. I decided to spend £30 on calmi because reviews said it must say calmi plus the ring looks better. The ring that arrived only one magnet each side not two and doesn’t have calmi logo. I would not buy again, they are cheap rings being shipped out. I wish I could load photos to this so you can see the differences, come on calmi improve your product and service.

Absolute joke. Ordered a ring at £37 plus postage came to £44. The "ring" looked nothing like the one on the website. Magnets tiny and set back in the ring so no "accupressure" as it promises. Also, edges are sharp and not rounded off, cheap metal and the logo wasn't anything like the photos. It was like a cheap kids ring. Contacted customer service. They said they'd send another one which I declined and asked for a full refund. No response. Then I see £33 has been credited to my bank account. I contacted fwice to ask why just £33 and not heard anything back. Absolute rubbish.

Poor customer service. Received ring but doesn't fit as partner has really small fingers. Contacted via email on 16th June but no reply then again in 26th June still no reply. Soon it will be part the 14 day refund policy so no doubt they will not refund. Part of me knew it would be a scam and I told the other half this at the time but she really wanted to try it. Waste of time and money.

Total scamp. I hadn’t received my rings and I bought them almost two months ago. They didn’t answer my mails.

Questionable customer service. It sounds great but I think it might be AI and never solved the problem! I ordered 2 rings and the magnets fell out of the silver one after a week. I sent them a message and they responded very quickly saying that they would send a replacement and tracking info would be sent shortly. I never got tracking info and continued to emailed once a week asking about it for a month and a half with no response at all. There are no phone numbers to call the company and so I got nowhere. Sad because I would love to recommend this company but I think customer service is a very important part of running a successful business.

If I could give a zero I would! As a woman in perimenopause looking for anything that might be beneficial for sleeping anxiety, I was optimistic this ring would help. First of all it took almost a month for my two rings to get here and within one week the magnet had fallen out of both rings. Now I cannot get anyone from customer service to respond to any of my outreaches. This company is a scam. The rings are a scam. Don’t waste your money. You might as well take it and flush it down the toilet!
