I order the calmi ring. And it had past my expectations. I have lost a few pounds, sleeping better, and very few hot flashes. Definitely would recommend the ring.

I’d I could give no stars I would . Ring is too big doesn’t adjust like they say and falls off . Can return to china which will cost me £12 so what a rip off

I learned of this brand through a colleague who discovered it via social media advertising.

I ordered a ring and the magnets fell out. A replacement was sent, and the magnets fell out again. When I requested a refund, a third ring was sent instead, which I declined. A refund was eventually issued.

Separately, I ordered two pairs of earrings. The magnets on my pair also fell out. I requested and received a refund. One pair had already been given as a gift.

Across multiple products and replacements, the same failure occurred, which suggests a recurring design or manufacturing defect rather than an isolated issue. Given how heavily this brand appears to rely on social marketing and peer recommendation, I’m sharing this experience for transparency so others can make an informed decision.

Update: I later discovered this company appears to operate under multiple brand names, including MyCalmi and Serenity Ring. Sharing this for transparency for anyone researching the brand.

Would not recommend the calmi ring 0 customer service. No one to contact ! Horrible quality !

I bought this ring in May 2025 and it's been great. But now its rusted, across one of the magnets. It's only been 7 months and its already rusted! For £37 this is outrageous.

Have emailed twice and messaged once to request a refund as the rings aren't re-sizable as it says on the website. No response at all.

Not for smaller fingers. The edges are sharp. Not a nice finish at all

The magnets fell out of the ring after just 2 wears

I thought the ring was working as it helped me sleep without waking up several times through out the night
But when I took it off I noticed that all the magnets had fallen out
So maybe thinking it's helping me sleep is all in my head
I haven't reached out to customer service yet

I ordered a Calmi ring 20 days ago. However, even though my credit card was charged after the order, it hasn't been shipped. I've asked all email addresses and social media accounts why my order hasn't been shipped, but I haven't received any answers. My money has been deducted, but my product hasn't arrived.

Awful experience - Brought my ring a few months ago and after wearing it for a month the ring had left and indent of red cracked and blistered skin in the exact thickness alway round my ringer (except at the pack where there’s a gap in the ring. I reached out with images to the customer service email and was getting no response. I completed a contact form online twice and the only response I received was offering an exchange but not addressing the issue. I continued to email will more images asking for a full refund. After a few more days I received a partial refund and no further response. I followed up asking for the rest of the refund (what I paid in total) and they did not response. It’s been weeks now, the red indent around my finger has started to heal but left a faint outline of the ring, there has been no response from the customer service.
Would avoid at all cost! Hadn’t got any of the benefits from wearing the ring (sleep didn’t improve, now take melatonin and magnesium supplements instead) and my weight actually increased without making any other changes to my diet or lifestyle. Can’t say it’s down to the ring but certainly didn’t do any of what it was advertised to do and scarred my finger.
But the worst part is the incredibly poor customer service, was completely shocked by this.

Fake! SCAM! Company does not respond! Do not buy! Save your money

I placed two orders for the Calmi ring: one in May and one in April this year. Both rings were delivered without issue, and I was initially pleased with the purchase.

However, after only a few weeks of regular wear, the magnets in both rings began to fall out. Today one ring has just a single magnet remaining, and the other has none at all. I find this quite concerning, especially as the product is advertised as being durable and suitable for everyday wear.

Unfortunately, I’m now left with two expensive pieces of metal that are no longer functional and, quite frankly, not very appealing without the magnets and with scratches all over.

I have reached out to customer service, but received no reply.

Safe your money, dont buy it!

Bought Calmi ring. Does not work or at least it did not work for me. Reached out to company for a refund and they want you to ship the ring back to China although their address on the website says they are based out if Arizona AND THEY WANT YOU TO PAY FOR THE SHIPPING TO CHINA!! Calmi, 3409 N 7th Ave, Ste 2112, Phoenix, AZ 85013 USA.
Save yourself the trouble and just don't buy it!!
