Serenity Ring Reviews 

Please don’t believe these fake positive reviews. I’ve flagged this to Trustpilot and hopefully this will be looked into - if you look at the previous Trustpilot site for calmi rings it’s closed as it had too many fake reviews on.

I have tried to return my Calmi rings as the magnets fall out and they are not adjustable but told that to return it they need to be sent back at you own expense…to CHINA. Returning them in a trackable way to China is obviously more than the item cost so I’m guessing they hope this puts people off.

Nowhere on the site does it state this in the returns and refunds page and the site looks like it’s a U.K. site so incredibly misleading. I’m raising a dispute with my credit card and also reporting to the U.K. trading standards.

I ordered the Calmi Ring during what was advertised as a 2-for-1 sale, but I only received one ring. I emailed the company multiple times asking about the missing item and they never responded.

I also discovered that there are many negative reviews on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) site, where customers report poor build quality, magnets falling out, delivery issues, and unresponsive customer service when trying to get refunds or replacements. 

Based on my experience and the volume of similar complaints, I do not recommend buying this. The product did not arrive as advertised, the company did not honor the promotion, and customer support was nonexistent.

Magnets fell out after 26 days and that’s without wearing it in the bath or shower or whilst washing up. I tried contacting them but no response. Very disappointing.

This ring improved my sleep and focus. I'm more productive during the day but shipping took much time.

It doesn't help me relax, but the results aren't as dramatic as I had hoped. I still feel stressed at times. However, It's better than some other products I've tried.

I didn't realize how much stress I was carrying until I started using the Calmi Ring. I feel emotionally balanced and finally sleep without waking. Delivery took little bit time.

The rings I ordered are well made and I feel they would be worth the price if only they fit, they are far too big and will not adjust to be small enough.
Before writing this I contacted Calmi 3x to request a refund with no luck, really disappointed.

My mind used to spin endlessly before bed, but the Calmi Ring has changed that. I sleep faster and deeper. It's also beautifully designed but the delivery take little bit time. Overall, Thank you!

Calmi Ring is so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing it. It's helped me fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer. I'm amazed at how such a small device can make such big difference.

The company had too many bad reviews and now they change a trustpilot profile. Search for “serenity ring” on Trustpilot. That is the same company with so many bad (true) reviews!!!

I ordered and received two sets of their earrings and couldn't wear either pair for a single day without an allergic reaction and soreness/bleeding from my earring holes. The posts are larger than normal and blunt/rough on the ends that go in the ear, so the post scrapes the earring holes. I would never have bought the earrings if I had known the product was this poorly made.
