I ordered the signature bracelet as a gift for myself at Christmas. When it arrived i could immediately see that it was far too big for my very small wrist. I sent a return request, they responded and said i could return for a refund/ credit but i would have to pay postage. It had to be sent to their depo in China it cost me £16 postage. Over 1 month has passed with no communication i have sent 3 separate emails with proof of postage attached and no response. I am now £61 out of pocket and very frustrated that I have now where else to turn to get any sort of money back or alternative replacement. I would not recommend.

My package was delivered at 8.32pm on a Friday night to a Business Centre and thrown over the locked gates when I left specific instructions to deliver between 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri and over the weekend the package was taken, so I have no ring and no refund as they are ignoring my emails, so this if your not happy after so many days we will refund you is clearly not going to happen

One star as I can’t choose none! Absolute joke of a company. Tried to cancel numerous times but they still sent the item, tried to return it numerous times and got no answer. Eventually received an answer and they tell me I have to pay postage to China! Plus also they don’t tell you once you receive your ring you have to join and pay for their App. Avoid avoid avoid!

Placed order, paid, delivery sent to the wrong address, chased up the delivery company, Yodel, who said that I needed to email Calmi, who would initiate the process to resolve the problem. I had emailed customer services several times and have received no reply, not even an acknowledgement of my email. So I’m now out of pocket and have no way of getting my money back. Absolutely appalling customer service, if you could call it that. Stay well away from Calmi!!

Don’t waste your money, I spent just shy of £30 on this ring, not only does it not have magnets in like shown on their website, it does absolutely nothing. I have been wearing it for 3+ weeks consistently and feel absolutely no different. Not only that - but when you try to post a review on their website, you can’t change the rating from 5 stars. Scam company.

Calmi took money and confirmed order but failed to provide an order number or proper tracking details. Nothing delivered and failed to respond to emails - do not use!

I bought it in the hopes that it would help with me anxiety, sleep issues ect…but when you get to there site you need to purchase more apps. It’s a scam very disappointing.

They do not work. If you try to review on their website you can only select 5 stars. They have ignored 4 of my messages now. There is no 14 day trial.

Make sure you check T&Cs. Returns have to be paid for back to China so not worth me returning. Quick delivery considering time of year however very poor quality and rough finish so couldn’t wear it. My local charity shop will be receiving them shortly

Order placed on 22/12 no sign of delivery, no response to emails! Avoid.

The delivery did take some time to arrive. It is rigid I had to get my husband adjust the size for me but I think it would be too flimsy if it wasn’t. Apart from all that I’m delighted with my ring. I was suffering with hot flashes and night sweats
And restless nights due to peri menopause. I was at the end of my tether it was so bad. I have tried hrt and didn’t like it so have tried the holistic way. I put the ring on when it arrived mid December and thought no more about it. It dawned on me all of a sudden I hadn’t had any night sweats, or flashes for a couple of weeks and my sleep was better. I also feel less anxious.

I don’t really care f it’s placebo if it works m. It cost me £37 for 2 rings and I feel much better.

I would recommend them definitely.

Bought 2 rings and bracelet and one necklace and all I can say is that is a scam. Poor quality and non existent customer service.

Very disappointed with the company sent 4 emails as I didn’t receive my order and no communication from them will never order from this company again.

I bought 3 of these rings, but stupidly I only read trust pilots overall review & not customer reviews. The rings are very big too big even for my thumb, the are thick so I’m not able to push it together more to make it fit. I reached out to the company but was ignored. Not sure why it says Arizona as I think it’s yet another China company that they come from. They will be too big for all the people I bought them for, so completely wasted my money.

The magnets are covered in glue so can’t see how they would work. Very overpriced for what it is. Do not recommend.

Didn't answer emails, very slow delivery and now chain has snapped on first day of wearing. Not happy

They claim the rings are adjustable and they’re not! Far too rigid to move so it was too big for me. Tried emailing them for refund and no response! Do not buy!

I have sent this company 6 emails as 2 orders was sent and charge immediately I contacted them
They have not even acknowledged my emails
So disappointed
