Great service but the cost is going up too much 😔 which is making keeping a tight budget even harder ! It would also make it more difficult for more PPL in need to access this otherwise great service .
They have been helping us with our biluget now for a couple of years so nice to know everything is taken care of in a timely manner

My experience with my budget has been a bit up and down as I did face some financial strain over the last couple of months. I actually sent a message online not long ago to say that I wanted to cancel my budget with you guys as it was not working for me. However after dealing with Jon, my experience has improved immensely and so has my budget! I felt listened to and understood by Jon. He took great care and initiative to help me with my situation to the point where I am no longer worried about my future with my finances.
His attention to detail and the time he took to make sure that everything aligned and worked well within my means meant a lot as it showed me that not only is he great at what he does but he also cared about how it was effecting me.
He was very kind, understanding and compassionate of my situation and those kind of qualities are very rare these days when dealing with someone over the phone. I didn't feel like just another caller or number. He treated me with respect and kindness and I can't speak highly enough of him and his impeccable service.
Having said that I must say everyone I have dealt with over the phone since rejoining My budget has been fantastic.

I called in something of a logistical and financial pinch, not to mention my usual high expectations.
Happily my call was managed by Nicole, who was absolutely spectacular and selflessly took the time to listen run budget forecasting and even provide me with information in the form of emailed tables.
I generally find the service great at MyBudget but this was some gold star support.

Generally a very good paid budget planning service. Provides a fire and forget process for regular bills and allows for targeted savings. Has some drawbacks. The "look ahead" period for budget planning is too short for large expected expenses. Anything more than 3 months and you still need to do your own savings plan otherwise your large expense will hit the budgeting period and you'll have no funds available. You have limited access to available balance over weekends without paying a fee and during the week it can take hours to withdraw funds to your bank account. This could be solved with a My budget debit card linked to the account. The only other drawback is slow processing of money going in to the budget. Pay day funds are generally not available until the day after you are paid.
