Amazing gifts and service here, very happy with everything.
These personalised photo book keyrings are very well produced and the customer service is excellent, I had no issues and plenty of support in completing my order successfully.
I ordered the black glossy mini photo album, hoping that it would be nice as a Valentine’s Day gift and my expectations were truly exceeded.
I am certain my wife will love the key chain photo album and lead to us both recommend the product to others, I will be back again for sure.

Abysmal service
I was given a time frame window when the item should have been arriving and it still says it hasn’t moved in a week and is still in Texas. I have reached out in multiple ways to try and talk to a person to help resolved my issue and no one has responded at all. Terrible company and terrible customer service.

Excellent customer support, great product, shipping is an issue
O absolutely love the book! The photos are crisp, the book is well made. I will definitely order more. The issue i had was with shipping/delivery. I got a request to review the book, and gave them 1 star and explained that they asked me to review an item I had not received. Alex from customer support got involved and helped was as frustrated as I. The Post Office said it would be delivieered and then suddenly said it was being returned to sender for insufficient address. Somehow Alex got it sorted out and I appreciate his help. I do, however, think it would be wise for them to check to see if an item has been delivered before they ask you to review it.

Excellent product & service!
The product and the customer service were both excellent. I ordered the mini photo album and was hoping that it would be nice. My expectations were exceeded. My wife loved the key chain photo album and my interaction with the customer service dept was very helpful. I would order from them again and would recommend the product to others.

Unreliable Shipping!!!
I placed my order on December 1st in order to receive it in time for Christmas, like the website promised. Here it is December 23, and it still hasn’t arrived even though it allegedly shipped already on December 3rd and was supposed to arrive December 13.
That being said, I did go ahead and order another one on Etsy and it came and it is VERY nice and it arrived super quickly. Do NOT order from here. Order from ETSY instead.

I found the bookeez to be very good and they are so cute, I have orded 6 in the past , two which I lost while on holiday and replaced them with the last two I bought, I love carrying pictures of my sons on my door and car keys, I would, however love to order more but have found them to be expensive.
