I ordered a Mattress topper on the 1st of August and paid for it immediately. They deducted my money from my bank on the 4th. I received an Email a few days later stating that my order had been processed and picked up by the courier and to track its progress through the Shop App. I didn’t receive any updates for over a week and then tried to contact them, realising that they don’t have a contact number on their website so I used their messaging page but didn’t receive any response. It was only when I started posting negative reviews on their Facebook page and Instagram that they finally responded. BTW I’m now blocked from their Facebook page. I very nice customer support girl apologised tome and assured me that my package should arrive soon. According to the SHOP App it should have arrived yesterday and I messaged them but haven’t received any response yet. Nor have I received my package?! Be very careful when ordering from this company. I’m not saying that I’ll never receive my order but it’s taking a very very long time.

I ordered a mattress topper from this company and paid the same day.
A week later there has been no update to my order and my emails bounce back, they don't reply to Facebook messenger and there is no phone number to call.
They claim to have over 700 5 star reviews on Trustpilot.

Don't use this company.
