Living Social order not delivered STILL
The item I ordered from Living Social did not arrive. My email was ignored until I posted a review here. I was assured on the 16th December they would send a replacement and I would receive it in 12 working days. I still haven’t received anything.

Amazing customer service
I recently purchased an item from Myblufish, via a Groupon offer, which didn't fit me. I contacted customer service and they were amazing. Within days I had received a replacement item at no cost. I was very impressed with their ordering system, their product, the speed of their delivery and their after sales service. I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a fur coat from My Blufish and it wasn’t the same as advertised so I emailed them to ask for a refund. They emailed me back the next working day and refunded me immediately with an apology. So this has changed my mind about the company, thank you for being cooperative.

Ordered a jacket from Wowcher and sadly the jacket did not fit. So i requested a return and refund. I was most surprised at BLUFISH who replied within 24hr of my request and refunded back to my account with 72 hours.

Our CS Team had been looking out for your e-mail but we did not receive an e-mail from yourself up to the date we closed for Christmas on the 20/12/19 as all e-mail that were sent to our CS team were answered before we closed fro Christmas.
Any e-mail that were sent to us between the 20/12/2019 at 16.00pm to 09.00.am on the 02/01/2020 were not saved in our inbox as we were closed for the festive season and that is why you had any e-mail back from us asking for you to get back to us on the 02/01/2020
And since we have been open on the 02/12/19 all subsequent e-mails to our CS Team have been answered and our CS Team have looked and we have not had any e-mail from yourself
