A genuinely nice company.
Made an order with this company through Wowcher, the order never arrived on time so I contacted the company directly,they responded immediately offering to resend the order however the original turned up so not a problem. Seems a genuinely nice company who were happy to help.

Ordered some items from wowcher from Blufish and 1 did not arrive by the due date, i sent an email and they replied the same day offering a replacement or refund, i said i would like a replacement and they said it was no problem. The next day my item arrive so i contacted them again and i got a love email back saying no worries . Very good customer service highly recommended.

Excellent service in that emails were answered within hours. I ordered boots but sadly they never arrived so a replacement order was sent and arrived within a few days. The boots were to small but this was not a problem either because a larger size was ordered and I am currently waiting there arrival. The quality of the product wasn’t the best but you get what you pay for.

So not only do these joke of a business deny receiving emails chasing your order that you haven't received, they then ask you to send a
further email and reply saying they must have lost your order and have sent a replacement...nope they haven't...and guess what...yep..they wont answer your emails again.....lost money, no goods arrived...no replacement. This company are thieves...whatever you do never use them

Ordered Wowcher tracksuit on 29/02 and delivered today so very quick delivery. Size Medium - ordered a 10. Size ok if a bit tight on bottom. No way would this be worth £50 and a push at £15. Material quite thin but nice on.

Wowcher bag still not arrived
Ordered my bag on January 31st, first bag did not arrive and no communication from the company. Messaged them and my bag has been lost in transit and a new one will be dispatched. My 12 working days expired today and again no bag and no communication from the company. I have asked for a refund and am thinking this is some kind of scam. Disappointed that Wowcher would endorse this company

Awful company do not use. I'm sure its a scam.Wish i had read all the reviews.
Ordered through wowcher and the item never arrived. Emailed Blufish and they couldn't find my order. I sent all the confirmations through from Wowcher and they managed to find it. Said they would send a replacement but it would be another 12 days. I have been waiting since the 7th Feb for this order. Save your money and order through a different company.

Well well! it appears that I’m not the only customer who placed an order with blufish via wowcher!
Blufish, I placed an order with yourselves in January for 2 fleece hoody cardigans, 1 black and 1 navy, both size 20 via wowcher, expected the delivery around 17th/18th of Feb 2012, my delivery didn’t arrive.
I have sent you 2 emails regarding this matter and I have also reported it to wowcher.
If you have emails that go to your junk/spam folder then it’s your duty as a merchant to check that folder daily!
These are the order nos’ 32934587 black
32934742 blue, both items size 20.
I am now going to report this matter to the Consumer Board as it’s now very clear that your company is scamming people out of their money.
With the amount of customers complaining of the same issue, I’m sure that the consumer board will be treating this matter seriously.

Our CS Team then got back back to you on the 11/02/2022 at 10.49 am saying then had set up a replacement order for you and that it would be with you on our before the 27/02/2020
You have then sent us other e-mail on the 24/02/2020 at 20.22 saying that you have not had your replacement order from us
Our CS Team have e-mailed back this morning the 25/02/2020 at 10.22 am explain that your item has been shipped and that you will receive it by the agreed replacement date of the 27/02/2020 and then have also explained to you what else we can do to help you

I placed my order through Wowcher on 28th Jan 2020. I was supposed to receive my order on or before 11th February, but as I didn't receive it I emailed Wowcher, they told me to contact Blu Fish direct. I didn't get a response, so I put in a claim with PayPal 3 days ago and Blu Fish have still not contacted me after I sent several emails. I will not be buying from them ever... Stay well clear. Only gave 1 star as you can't give zero star.

We can see from our records that you have been in contact with our customer service team about this matter on a few occasions and that a refund was requested for you on the 20/01/2020 from the deal site Living Social with whom you made the order thought
As we explained in our e-mail back to you on the 20/01/2020 for this order you did not make direct payment to ourselves as this order was made though the deal site Living Social and as such direct payment was made to them because of this we hear at myblufish.com hold no funds from yourself so therefor we can not refund you directly when it comes to refunds in this case all we can do is requesting the refund from Living Social as then are the ones who took payment and are hold the funds from you.
As we have stated above a refund was requested for your order has been and sent across too Living Social on the 20/01/2020 and if you have not had it yet we strongly advise you take this matter up with Living Social.
