From start to finish cannot fault the service received. I had two bathrooms completed to a very high standard and the work carried out by the fitters was exemplary. A transformation upstairs and downstairs! I am very pleased with everything and would recommend My B&K to anyone planning similar.

New Kitchen design and fit.
When I decided I needed a new kitchen I got 3 quotes decided to go with MBK as they really listened to what I needed and did a great design. At a good price. The fitting guys Stevie and Alan were spectacular everything went smoothly, they gave advice where needed and really went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company and to be honest already have.

From the first phone call to the end of the project I found the company to be professional and friendly. Someone always picks up the phone and gets back to you with emails - makes all the difference. Lovely new Kitchens and En-suite Bathroom
We recently had a new kitchen and en-suite bathroom installed, and the whole experience has been excellent from start to finish. Choosing our kitchen with David Machan , was super easy thanks to the beautifully laid‑out showroom in Stirling, David offered plenty of ideas, inspiration, and samples to help us visualise the final result.
Gary Anderson, our fitter, and his team were fantastic throughout the installation. They worked efficiently, kept to the agreed timelines, and communicated clearly at every stage. As with any renovation, a couple of small hiccups cropped up, but Gary handled them professionally, explaining the options and moving forward with a sensible alternative plan without any fuss.
The team were tidy, respectful of our home, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. We’re now enjoying a lovely new kitchen and en-suite bathroom, both finished to a high standard and ready to use straight away.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality workmanship and a smooth, stress‑free experience.

Highly recommend
We recently had a new bathroom fitted and we are really pleased with it. My Beautiful have been great to deal with from the sales guy Jack in the showroom , to Ben who came out to measure up, and Steve who fitted the bathroom. Everything went smoothly , the bathroom turned out perfect. We went with wall panels and click flooring instead of tiles as we think it will be easier to maintain with 3 young kids. Dark blue furniture with chrome taps, shower etc. The LED mirror cabinet is a nice addition . It feels much more modern than what we had previously. All the materials seem high quality . Would recommend 👌

Do not use this company! Cowboy fitters, no complaint resolution process
Do not use this company! Our experience with My Beautiful has been extremely disappointing and I would urge anyone considering using them to seriously consider other options. Their "recommended" fitter was unprofessional, the work carried out was unacceptably poor, and the company does not take complaint remediation seriously.
From the beginning of the fitting, the experience provided by our fitter (Steven Watson) was totally unprofessional. They frequently delayed work or failed to arrive for the day on very short notice without communicating. The work took over a month to complete, and at the end of the job the fitters left our garden full of waste and rubble for a further month to the point that neighbours were threatening to report us to the council. Additionally, the fitters also managed to lose our key for the shared back green.
Even once the work was complete, the bathroom was left in a dirty and cosmetically unsuitable state: there were pencil marks all over the ceiling, one of the recessed lightbulbs was left hanging loose, and there was tile adhesive left on every single tile.
The cosmetic issues were annoying but resolvable. However, there were also several major functional issues with the bathroom. The grouting on the floor has cracked substantially and needs redone, one of the shower boxes has been installed flat so that water pools in it, and the bath was left damaged and chipped during installation.
We have been unable to get the company to take these complaints seriously and remediate the poor work, to the point that we are on the brink of taking them to court under Scottish Simple Procedure law. While they have admitted fault for the issues, no resolution has been reached despite the issues being known to them for nearly 4 months now.
To reiterate, our treatment by My Beautiful has been abysmal and you should run a mile rather than use this company. Don't make the same mistake as us!

New bathroom...
A neighbour had recommended this company to us as she had her new bathroom planned and fitted by them nearly 2 years ago. We were impressed by the quality and workmanship, so phoned and made an appointment to visit the showroom. Ewan helped us plan our new bathroom and was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. After choosing what we wanted for our new bathroom, we were given a quote and an estimated start date. We were kept up to date and received copies of the goods we had chosen, the costs and an illustration of what our bathroom would look like. Paul and Stevie started work on the arranged day and everything was done with minimal fuss and disruption. We were also consulted about exactly where we wanted certain items to be positioned. The work was completed on time. We are delighted with our new bathroom and would certainly recommend this firm.

Great service
We got a new bathroom put in with My Beautiful Kitchen & Bathroom recently and everything went very smoothly.
From our first visit to the showroom, Lauren was excellent and really helped us find the bathroom that we were happy with and was within our budget. Parts are paid for up front and works are paid for on completion, which is a big plus point compared to some of the bigger chains.
The fitters that were assigned the work (Marcin and Mariusz) did a great job and were extremely professional. Overall, we're really happy with the service, the price, and the finished product and would go with My Beautiful Kitchen & Bathroom again for any future work.

Do not use this company …
We regret choosing this company and would not use them again or recommend them to anyone. The installer they recommended, Shaun, provided an extremely poor service. He was by far the messiest tradesperson we have ever come across. He made no effort to protect our carpet—no dust sheets or covers were put down—resulting in us having to replace it. Throughout the job, we had to monitor him closely as he tried to cut corners at every opportunity, he did not want to remove the old tiles and replace the plasterboards as per our agreement. He showed no respect for our property or for the products he was installing, and he was rude and aggressive towards my wife when she simply asked him to complete the work to the standard we were paying for.
The installation itself was substandard. The bathtub was not fitted correctly, the sealing work was very poorly done, and the shower door was installed so badly that it constantly sticks.
We raised our concerns with the company, and their manager visited our home. He acknowledged all of the issues we highlighted and assured us that a different installer would return to fix the problems, as we were not comfortable allowing Shaun back due to his lack of professionalism.
However, we later received a message from the manager stating that Shaun had to be the one to return due to warranty terms, and we were advised to review the contract. The same contract also states: “We work in partnership with some of the very best installation companies in the UK. All our installation partners are vetted, thoroughly reviewed, and highly experienced.” Unfortunately, our experience with Shaun was the complete opposite. We have had numerous major works done on our home—new kitchen, new roof, two boilers installed, full house plastering, and more—and have never encountered workmanship this poor.
During the installation, I called the company to raise concerns and was told by Abby, the operations manager, that Shaun was doing them a favour by taking on two projects that week, but that our bathroom would still be completed to the expected standard. That was not the case. Since then, the company has distanced itself from responsibility and is directing us back to Shaun, which we are not willing to accept after the quality of his initial work.
Based on our experience, we strongly advise choosing a different company. There are far better and more reliable options out there.

We are sorry you feel this way, however, we would like to clarify that your description of events is inaccurate on several points.
We do need to correct some factual points and explain what we have already done to try to resolve this.
Your bathroom was completed and you paid the installer in full which is generally an acceptance of being happy with the completed works.
You then contacted us to say you were not happy with several aspects of the job and so we arranged for our Projects Manager to visit you at your home.
Our Project Manager attended your home, inspected the works and recorded a short list of snagging items which we agreed should be put right.
Protective flooring was laid for the works. The statement that “no covers were put down” is incorrect.
The bath unit itself is fitted correctly; the bath panel requires a minor adjustment, which we have logged as part of the snagging works.
The seal on the shower screen was found to be torn and a replacement was agreed without question.
We advised that the original installer has to be given the opportunity to remedy the issues that you weren't happy with and we even offered to have our Project Manager come out at the same time and stay in your home until the works had been completed! You messaged us to say that you were refusing to give the installer this opportunity and that you would be reviewing us on this basis which is unfair.
Since our Project Manager’s visit we have made numerous attempts to contact you to arrange the agreed remedial visit, but your installer has not been given reasonable opportunity to return and complete the work. Trading Standards guidance is clear that tradespeople must be given the chance to attend and put right work they have carried out — we are simply seeking that opportunity so we can resolve this.
The outstanding snagging work will take approximately 4 hours to rectify. Despite what you have written about our company, the offer remains to attend at a mutually convenient time, accompanied by our manager and the installer, to complete the work and sign everything off with you.
We genuinely want to put this right, however, your lack of co operation to allow us to work with you, has prevented us doing so.
