Cheapest and the best!

This service was the cheapest option but it was so efficient, I got my baggage back in the exact same condition and I was notified of the process for the whole time.

Unfortunately two suitcases were left…

Unfortunately two suitcases were left on my doorstep, no signature requested ( but required ). Unfortunately unsecured so I won’t use again for moving cases.

We’re sorry to hear that your suitcases were left unattended and understand why this caused concern. While a signature is not guaranteed for any shipment, drivers would normally only leave items if they consider the location to be safe, secure and out of view.

As the delivery took place on a Friday, the driver may also have believed that completing the delivery was in your best interests, as an unsuccessful delivery attempt could have delayed the shipment until the following Monday. However, we appreciate that you did not feel the location was sufficiently secure and understand your disappointment with the delivery experience.

We will ensure your feedback is noted, as the safe handling and delivery of customers’ belongings is very important to us.

It was easy to fill the form except for…

It was easy to fill the form except for the custom form, but this is administration not mybaggage. The driver was courteous and helpful. It would be nice to be informed of the time of picking up like one or two hours beforehand so as not to wait all day.

Received email with confirmation of date pickup and courier.
Courier never showed up.
My baggage advised it’s my responsibility to arrange DHL independently.
Better just go through DHL

If your collection does require any additional confirmation, this will be clearly advised in your confirmation emails. Whilst the vast majority of collections will be collected automatically, the courier will requrie confirmation in some instances before a driver can be dispatched.

Great pickup and delivery as always

Great pickup and delivery as always! This is my third or fourth time using MyBaggage and I’m so impressed with the pickup, delivery and speed of turn around. The issue I would address which is not a slight to MyBaggage it’s to the powers that be who are forcing extra charges of almost $100 for fuel! That’s a little over the top!! Shipping in general is CRAZY! Thank goodness for MyBaggage who are still cheaper with superior delivery than anyone out there right now. Thank you!

Have used X 3

This was my third time using this service. After crossing the Atlantic on the only remaining ocean liner, I like to consolidate baggage and not drag the more dressy gear on the land portion of the trip. I arrange for a pickup at first hotel; that bag is home before me. Works very well and at a fraction of the cost the ship’s service charge. Company is very responsive to any question, even en route.

The customer service is wonderful

The customer service is wonderful, knowledgeable and polite. The dimensions of the package do impact the cost. However only the weight is listed as a determinant. This was frustrating because I ended up having to order new boxes and repack. However their customer service explained this issue and helped me.
