This one time I didn't look at reviews so my fault. This company is a fraud. Tracking number doesn't exist. I could go on. AVOID

Bottom fell off Left earpiece and now doesn’t charge. Contacted them for a replacement and didn’t even get a response

Avoid this company at all costs!!
I never received my order, and they have never refunded me. Appalling customer service. Do not use them

This company have absolutely no customer service skills. My emails are either ignored or I get an automated response which just tells me to charge to headphones. These headphone last charge for around 20 minutes and then one pod shuts off. Awful quality

I ordered my airbuds in June and still haven’t received my package. U emailed at least 5/6 times and all they kept saying was to be patient and my parcel will be with me soon. Now it says the website no longer exists and I have no refund ! Never been so annoyed and upset !

We ordered a few pair of earbuds from here and we received two after at least a month. The third one had still not arrived after a further 2 months so we contacted them and sent many emails however they have still not replied and have taken £30 from me. I still contact them but they constantly ignore my emails. DO NOT BUY THESE EARBUDS!

DO NOT BUY!!!! I feel so stupid for not reading the reviews before ordering. I have been waiting for a month for myBuds and nothing. They have stopped answering my emails and again it has been a month. Absolutely disgusted by their service.

Like everyone else, I’ve been experiencing trouble with my refunds. I sent them the faulty item via Royal Mail, which usually takes 5-7 days max, but it’s been over a month and I’ve still got nothing from them. And the item was faulty. Do not recommend. Please do not do any business with them, they are fake, lying pieces of trash aimed at targeting innocent people who just want a decent product. They send bad items, then act like nothing has happened when they knew and sold a faulty item. This is against the law!

0 stars if possible complete scammers. Ordered on June 19th and still waiting, they reply to very few emails and do not reply when you tell them the issue. Still currently waiting on delivery Or a refund. Wouldn’t know as they don’t answer!

Ordered some buds nearly 2 months ago. Allegedly went to Hermes for delivery but Hermes never had them. They do not reply to emails and they do have my money which I will never see again.
It's the old adedge if it seems to good to be be true....

Honestly should have searched for the reviews before buying products. Terrible customer service, product was faulty since arrival now they won’t answer my emails for the refund.

Advice to everyone, stay away from this company to just save yourself the hustle. Invest you’re money somewhere else.

these people are scum. They Don't answer your emails they take your money and that's it. You will never get your money back ever again. You will never receive an update as to where your package is and most of all you will never receive any package so please do report them straight away as I have.

My wife ordered these and they were delivered after about 2 months! They appeared to work for a while and now I think one of them stopped. Since they had arrived, I decided to order a pair myself, which has to date never arrived. I am now starting to experience what everyone else is saying. No reply's to email and seems like a complete scam! But I cant understand if they did send them to my wife they must have product to send so do they only send product like 25% of the time or something???

Absolute Fraud please dont waste your time and money.My order never arrived and they stopped responding to email.

I only ordered airbuds 10 days ago, but after reading the reviews I'm now concerned. I see that the directors are Biodun Adedokun and Jacob Oluwanisola Adedokun.
Hopefully they will notice this post and make things right or they will be reported to police and struck off as directors.
Please do the right thing guys or things will escalate.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, item not received and company have stopped replying to emails and questions about a refund

Absolute FRAUD and CRIMINAL DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! I ordered over 4 weeks ago for my nephews birthday! I have messaged over 10 times for refund and I want to report to the police but not sure how...? This is a typical response you get... they need to be shut down... the owner is called Jacob A

I placed an order on the 9th July with delivery expected within 5 days. After a week I emailed customer service and there response was similar to other reviews absolute nonsense about tracking system and errors. I requested a refund 3 times after 3 weeks of failure to deliver. To which I was told to wait for delivery. Today my product has been delivered if you can call an empty box a product!!! Absolute fraud of a company! This company needs to be exposed and should not even receive one star!

I genuinely hate complaining, especially during a period of extreme economic uncertainty, however I do think some companies need to be called out.
Firstly, I would be wary of the good reviews, because my experience is very much like that of others; they just simply do not arrive.
Ordered over a month ago, I have chased up multiple times and get the ‘warehouse mistake’ and ‘will be with you this week’ apologies. I’ve still not to date received a tracking number which would leave me to believe they have never actually left the warehouse.
I have requested a refund so I can go elsewhere, however I am yet to actually receive a response!
I would just avoid this company and product.

My granddaughter ordered them 19th July but still waiting for them to arrive. Despite several emails still nothing happened except lies. They keep apologising for the delay but keep saying that the order is being processed. Clearly someone is not telling the truth at this company.
