This company have absolutely no…

This company have absolutely no customer service skills. My emails are either ignored or I get an automated response which just tells me to charge to headphones. These headphone last charge for around 20 minutes and then one pod shuts off. Awful quality

Never ever order!!!

I ordered my airbuds in June and still haven’t received my package. U emailed at least 5/6 times and all they kept saying was to be patient and my parcel will be with me soon. Now it says the website no longer exists and I have no refund ! Never been so annoyed and upset !

they stole £30 from me

We ordered a few pair of earbuds from here and we received two after at least a month. The third one had still not arrived after a further 2 months so we contacted them and sent many emails however they have still not replied and have taken £30 from me. I still contact them but they constantly ignore my emails. DO NOT BUY THESE EARBUDS!

DO NOT BUY!!!! I feel so stupid for not reading the reviews before ordering. I have been waiting for a month for myBuds and nothing. They have stopped answering my emails and again it has been a month. Absolutely disgusted by their service.

Scammers!!!

Like everyone else, I’ve been experiencing trouble with my refunds. I sent them the faulty item via Royal Mail, which usually takes 5-7 days max, but it’s been over a month and I’ve still got nothing from them. And the item was faulty. Do not recommend. Please do not do any business with them, they are fake, lying pieces of trash aimed at targeting innocent people who just want a decent product. They send bad items, then act like nothing has happened when they knew and sold a faulty item. This is against the law!

Scammers. Avoid at all costs

Ordered some buds nearly 2 months ago. Allegedly went to Hermes for delivery but Hermes never had them. They do not reply to emails and they do have my money which I will never see again.
It's the old adedge if it seems to good to be be true....
Avoid.

Honestly should have searched for the reviews before buying products. Terrible customer service, product was faulty since arrival now they won’t answer my emails for the refund.

Advice to everyone, stay away from this company to just save yourself the hustle. Invest you’re money somewhere else.

Would rate them a zero if I could.

these people are scum. They Don't answer your emails they take your money and that's it. You will never get your money back ever again. You will never receive an update as to where your package is and most of all you will never receive any package so please do report them straight away as I have.

My wife ordered these and they were…

My wife ordered these and they were delivered after about 2 months! They appeared to work for a while and now I think one of them stopped. Since they had arrived, I decided to order a pair myself, which has to date never arrived. I am now starting to experience what everyone else is saying. No reply's to email and seems like a complete scam! But I cant understand if they did send them to my wife they must have product to send so do they only send product like 25% of the time or something???

Possible fraud

Company delivered an empty box!

I placed an order on the 9th July with delivery expected within 5 days. After a week I emailed customer service and there response was similar to other reviews absolute nonsense about tracking system and errors. I requested a refund 3 times after 3 weeks of failure to deliver. To which I was told to wait for delivery. Today my product has been delivered if you can call an empty box a product!!! Absolute fraud of a company! This company needs to be exposed and should not even receive one star!

Never arrived

I genuinely hate complaining, especially during a period of extreme economic uncertainty, however I do think some companies need to be called out.
Firstly, I would be wary of the good reviews, because my experience is very much like that of others; they just simply do not arrive.
Ordered over a month ago, I have chased up multiple times and get the ‘warehouse mistake’ and ‘will be with you this week’ apologies. I’ve still not to date received a tracking number which would leave me to believe they have never actually left the warehouse.
I have requested a refund so I can go elsewhere, however I am yet to actually receive a response!
I would just avoid this company and product.
