Coming up on a decade using My Accountant Online and I can't fault their service - Nicola has been a lifesaver on more occasions than I can count (particularly in the early days when I kept pushing close to HMRC deadlines!). Always on hand with expert advice and answers to my various queries, and proactive in suggestions for maximising efficiency and minimising costs whenever there's an HMRC or other tax/NI change (don't be put off by the 'online' element - their service is personal and prompt). Aside from being great value for money, they've been simply indispensable for my company and I couldn't imagine using anyone else.

I cannot rate Nicola's services high enough. I was sceptical of using an online accountant but Covid provided the ideal opportunity to take the plunge and I have not been disappointed. Both her knowledge of the accounting software I use (FreeAgent) and her fees are far superior to my previous accountants. Any queries I have are always dealt with quickly and efficiently as well as the submission of our Company Accounts and tax returns.

I am surprised at the other low reviews and can only surmise that, as said previously, this was for a different company.
I have been with Myaccountantonline and Nicola for many years for 2 of my companies. I have always received great and prompt service with any query/question I have answered within 24 hours. I get updates about any Gov Budget and useful info towards my companies and accounting. Nicola is polite and professional and actively helps. All the charges are transparent and aware of in advance of any commencement. I recommend this company and do so to many people.

I have been using My accountant online services for the past 10 years for my LTD company accounts. Nicola who I have been dealing with is always prompt and helpful with advice. Emails are always replied to very quickly and also submission of accounts are always as quick as the point of year end complete she is on the ball to submit the accounts once I have supplied the necessary information.

I have been using My Accountant Online for over 12 years now and have nothing but positive things to say. Nicola takes care of my monthly payroll and annual company returns and is always efficient and reliable in doing so. I will receive reminders and chase-up emails if ever Nicola is waiting on anything from me. Absolutely shocking service, appears affordable at the beginning but plenty of hidden fees. Taken advanced payments but refused to refund when they refused to continue working with my business - due to the business growing and becoming too big.
