also, WhatsApp support is terrible; he either replies late or ignores it. don't blame yourself if you dealt with this website but yourself. there are way better alternatives.
I ordered my things online and my order was shipped the day after. (Before shipping it, they sent an e-mail that asked me to confirm the order so that they would hand it over to the courier. This e-mail went to my junk bin unlike the rest of their emails, so keep an eye for this if your order doesn't ship. I happened to notice this immediately so it shipped the next day).
They sent me a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking code and the name of the courier which was wrong. They had used another company, not the one mentioned in the e-mail. I called them and the issue was solved immediately because the people at the calling centre were kind and efficient.
However, their online contact form doesn't work so they don't receive anything customers send. If you happen to need anything, just call their number and you'll be helped fast.
Overall, I'm pretty happy and I would buy from them again.
