I recently registered my restaurant on the Foodpanda Partner Portal by myself after discovering that the so-called "manager" was demanding a one-time registration fee of PKR 16,000 — while the official portal showed only PKR 10,000.
After completing registration, the manager called me and was extremely rude just because I applied online. Later, when I requested a location update, he refused to help, saying: "You registered yourself, now fix it yourself."
I contacted customer support via the app, but they kept replying with scripted messages and said there was a "technical issue" and forwarded my concern with no resolution so far.
This experience has been really disappointing for a new partner. I hope Foodpanda takes strict action against such unethical managers and improves their support system.
