I bought it with lot a expectations.but it is not long lasting or no one noticed the smell
65 euro wasted
Even a 15 euro perfume last much longer. I was thinking about purchasing more perfumes though my origines but after the delivery I changed my mind. Something is wrong with the perfume, either you scammed me with duplicate product or it's a defect

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I wanted to return a perfume that I bought that was £80. After looking at return costs because they're based in Spain it was going to cost me £40 to get through customs as well as shipping costs as they do dodgy decelerations to clear on their side. Refused to help out and simply hung up the phone. I wouldn't recommend buying from this company ever

Never ever order from here

Never ever order from here. They are the biggest scammers. They sent 1 item missing in my order bundle and didn’t believe me because I could not send the photo of the parcel with the shipping label. I threw away the package with the label after getting the items out. I didn’t claim that I didn’t get the package but I have been claiming I am missing an item. I did send the photo of all the other items. Apparently this is the new way of ripping people off. Losing 34 eur will not make me poor but this kind of behaviour is really really a huge shame.

Very happy with the goods I purchase…

Very happy with the goods I purchase from MyOrigines. I make an order every month or two and the goods are dispatched quickly, arrive quite quickly and everything is packed perfectly. I would recommend buying from them as they very good value for French pharmacy brands compared to buying in the UK. I like that you have a no samples option at checkout, so if you are allergic to fragrance you don't have a scented parcel from the perfume sachets they include.

I have just received an email stating…

I have just received an email stating my parcel was delivered today at 9.41am I have checked everywhere outside and it isn't there. Adelivery was attempted yesterday at 12.42pm and wasn't left as I was out and said it would be delivered next working day so thought that would be Monday I have been out all day since 9am and people walk past my house to the shops so it would have been seen! I have been waiting for this since 24th June the value of order was over £150 I need to know where it was delivered to I am so upset I placed an oder for a friend and she received it safely within a week please get back to me ASAP order number MO20004962718 TRACK NUMBER XM027818345GB BARBARA BAKER
I have just seen the photo where it was delivered to it is nit my house somebody else has signed for it it is a yellow brick house mine is red brick with a white door I have a green door a door also it has a garage with white door I do not have a garage it is now stating it was delivered lunchtime and not 9.41am
