I could not be happier with the service I received from Muve, especially from Adisha. As a first time property buyer I was slightly overwhelmed but Adisha guided me through every step, made sure all my enquiries were answered and made sure I understood everything that was happening by giving me weekly phone calls/ emails updating me. Outstanding, quick, and professional service
I recently worked with Muve for my property purchase, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their service was quick, professional, and incredibly efficient — they managed to complete everything within 8 weeks, compared to the traditional 12-16 weeks it usually takes.
A special mention to Kevin and Daphne, who were fantastic throughout the process. Communication was excellent — they responded to my emails promptly, and I received a call every week with a clear progress update, which gave me real peace of mind during what can otherwise be a stressful process.

Overall, a great experience and value for money
House purchases are known to be stressful, and mine was no different.
However, both Muniwara Sooriyabandara and Keith Peterson were amazing in helping me complete my purchase on my preferred date. There were some ups and downs along the way, including delays from the seller’s conveyancer. I had explained that I needed to complete by the end of the month due to my rental arrangements, and Keith and Muni managed to get everything completed by the 21st, a week ahead of schedule. I was delighted with the outcome, although the uncertainty beforehand was extremely stressful as my move had already been planned.
To keep this date, I ended up paying Muve’s expedite fee, as I was told that the seller’s conveyancer wasn’t ready to exchange on the Friday but ended up being able to exchange just two working days later, the following Tuesday, leaving less than the usual five working days between exchange and completion. I wasn’t particularly happy about having to pay this and will never know whether it was genuinely unavoidable or whether there was an element of upselling involved. That said, the overall conveyancing costs remained competitive, and being able to complete on my preferred date was ultimately worth it.
Throughout the process, Muni and Keith were professional, friendly and helpful. They kept me informed with regular phone calls or emails and were always available to explain what was happening. Overall, I was very happy with their service and, looking back, I would use Muve for conveyancing again.

Sajith, Chamani and Vihan - dream team
We were fortunate enough to be allocated with Sajith C as our account manager. He was exceptional from start to finish: providing clear updates, chasing every query we had, communicating via phone call when preferred and despite delays beyond his control, providing reassurance and support from day one. He is a real asset to this company.
We were also lucky to be allocated Chamani and Vihan as our conveyancers. Both handled our separate matters with professionalism and haste. No query was too small for them to address - they were always happy to call us to talk things through and reassure us.
