My order was placed on the 20th of February and I was charged through Paypal. On Feb 27th February I sent the package back. Although the package returned on 3rd march I didn't recieve any info or refund. Until now they didn't answer to my Email.

Look slightly different from site but good quality. Delivery was quick and good communication.

I ordered a jacket in "anthracite" which looked like a washed black in the website pictures. When it arrived it was a very pale greyish green. Very odd. Good quality but not what I had ordered. Also the delivery was pretty old fashioned: no time slot for delivery and no option to collect from a pick up point so I had to drive 10 miles to collect it. Plus had to pay the postage to return it. Overall, not happy.

Ordered item online, paid for it, two weeks later rung to find out where is my order and they said items unavailable. No communication at all. Took a week to get through to them. Will never shop again. Wouldn't give any stars at all!!

Dear, Muubaa!

I can`t understand the attitude that you show toward your clients! I placed an order a week ago. and have written several letters to clarify the status, but haven`t received any answer.
Can you finally clarify the status of my order and give me the reasons why i haven`t received the tracking number yet?

My order was placed on the 10th of February and I was charged through Paypal. On Feb 17th I sent an email to customers' dept as I hadn't received any news with regards to shipment. Today I sent a second email and still there's no reply. I have tried to call but nobody answers and there's only voice messaging. I'm sorry but this is no customers' service. I need to know if there's something wrong with my order especially since I checked with my credit card and money has already been debited.

My answer: Even if I had missed one message from you (although mysteriously the standard messages for my order confirmation and your newsletters are received fine) the fact that you did not attempt to contact me again or that you wouldn't reply to my messages (3 emails and several calls until I finally found someone in your offices to pick up the phone) is certainly not a good example. Anyways hopefully the problem is solved (although I still don't have any shipping confirmation) and I would be glad to update my review in a positive way once I receive my first ever buy from Muubaa and believing that the quality of your products will worth the wait and fuss. Thanx

Love my new leather. At first the site flagged my card company and got in the way of purchasing and I couldn't get in touch with the company, but they tried to contact me (but it went to spam). I eventually made the purchase on my own after consulting with my credit card company.

I got the murphy coat on sale and it says on the website its 100% wool, but actually its a 60% wool 40%poly fabric. Wouldn't want to pay the original price for that. Fits TTS. Delivery was pretty fast Considering it shipped from the UK

I discovered Muubaa from a recommend by a fashion blogger and am so glad I did. I ordered a suede jacket from the sale and am impressed by the quality and fit. The whole range on offer at Muubaa is stylish and well priced, with a variety you don't find in the shops. Delivery was smooth and I shall be buying again I'm sure.

This was my second time shopping with muubaa...the jacket is of superb quality, cut perfectly, has long sleeves (I really appreciate it being 180cm), smells fantastic and the shipping was surprisingly fast. I already refered many of my friends and can't wait to shop muubaa again.

In general the quality of leather jackets are good but the most recent purchase was a disappointment.

First of all the fitting is bigger than my previous purchase for both items. Then, one of the item I purchased had a strong odor that's smelled like a mix of chemical and cheap leather. The smell was so strong I could not wear it. Hoping the smell would fade after airing it out (in a well ventilated room) but no, the smell is still very strong after 2 weeks.

I tried to explain and seek for an exchange but all I got was a simply "Thank you for your email. I am so sorry but we would not be able to process a refund as it has been over the 14 day returns policy.".

I had sent another email and explained why I waited (and that I understood it's my issue) and hope they could process it as a special case; but that's the end of it. No more email coming from Muubaa. C'mon, at least tell me that they tried and at least provide some sort of solution on how to get rid of the stench.

For past few years, I had recommended Muubaa to a lot of people when they asked me about leather jackets, but now I doubt I could do the same without letting them know my recent experience.

Once again Muubaa come up trumps, not only with stunning styles, lovely leather jackets but also with their speed of delivery once you have finally chosen which jacket you want...........as it took me a week to decide!

I ordered a jacket at 70% off great deal right wrong. I email them to see a tracking # and never got answer. Then I tried tacking it through the website and they never posted whether or not it has been shipped. Ether way my money is gone . I don't know what to do!!! And there's no response to emails. Horrible service!

Re you have tryed to contact me . I just sing up for your newsletter and it went directly to my email please provide me a refund through
pay pal . Pay pal also has me same email and this website has the same email. Which is how I was alerted of your answer.

Re my order
I contacted Dhl they said you market the package (leather jacket) they also said its value was 25 and that SOF means (signature on file) but the package was just left at the door with out a physical signature.

Yes that is my only email
