I just popped into TK max and bought 1 of the most unique leather jackets. Looks like a biker jacket at the front and short at the back! The tag had £450 but I bought it at a steal for £80.00!!! Omg. Its devine and I'm so happy I came across it. Gorgeous authentic and amazingly made. Can't believe it!

The jacket itself is soft, well made, and true to the photos and measurements on the website, once again Muubaa come up trumps. Once you have finally chosen which jacket you want........... it took me a week to decide! Love it! ❤️

in short, my order was cancelled due to the item ordered was out of stock. However, the product still shows available on the web site till the day i received the email. Not really a major issue since they refunded back to my credit card after order got cancelled. But i really hope muubaa.com can have better control over the stock. it was unpleasant first purchase experience unfortunately.

I first discovered the brand on ASOS, and having searched up the brand on both Google and IG I knew I had to make the jump and buy the jacket, and let me tell you - best decision I ever made!

Each jacket is finished by hand, and you can see the amazing attention to details. It is comfortable, it is beautiful and most importantly authentic. I truly am in love and impressed by my new leather blazer. 12/10 would recommend you bite the bullet, and invest in a beautiful piece from Muubaa!

The product is lovely, but the customer service is really lacking. Don’t expect to get a timely response or have any issues resolved - be confident you’re going to like what you buy and want to keep it, otherwise it’s going to be tricky….

Unfortunately the item I wanted was unavailable. Communication from Muubaa was excellent and the refund was very prompt.i've had Muubaa jackets before and the quality is always excellent

Shocking company, returned item by special delivery then chased for 10 working days for a refund.
They emailed to say refund gone through yesterday and 24hrs later still no £188 back in my account.
They don’t reply to email and phone number just rings. Contacting a solicitor now to draw up interest charges and costs incurred constantly chasing.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
