I booked the tickets realising I got the wrong date. I emailed the customer service team and within 5 minutes I had a reply and fhey were able to rebook the tickets for another date. Very impressed!

This is a truly first-class company who genuinely care about customers with disabilities and providing excellent accessibility for them. It's always a pleasure being assisted by Dean, who goes above and beyond to accommodate my lack of vision and hearing loss to ensure my comfort at events. My heart genuinely sinks when he tells me that he isn't selling tickets for an event in which I'm interested, as dealing with the overwhelming majority of ticket agents is slow and frustrating, that's even assuming they can be bothered to respond at all. If you genuinely care about breaking down barriers for those with disabilities, which you should, don't outsource your event to anyone else, because people like myself deserve a smooth ride, and Dean is a genuine and honest guy, and deserves the custom, which I guarantee you'll receive.

Fabulous customer service. My mother in law and I booked a show in February and sadly we couldn’t attend as my Father in law passed away that day, however the team were fantastic and gave us tickets to an alternative show for free. We found one and they booked us in front row seats. What a great team

No response to communication
Bought tickets for an event in 2021 which was then cancelled. Offered to roll over the tickets to an event in 2022. No contact made after this. No new event has been scheduled. Emailed multiple times and no reply. Quite happy to keep hold of my money for well over a year but no response to emails of Facebook message.

Issue with booking fee
My event was cancelled by the organiser and this company refused to refund the booking fee, citing it as non-refundable. I would understand this if I had cancelled, but when the organiser cancels this fee should be refunded. They are now not answering my emails.
Disappointed and I won't be using them again.
UPDATE: The company did not respond to my latest email. The booking fee was actually £1.26 and whilst it may seem negligible to some, it's not to me.
