Annoyingly, I was bombarded with endless emails (13+ in 2 days!) thanking me for purchase, offering more deals, saying it was being processed etc, all before the item had even arrived! The item was delivered quickly (Swift Sweeper). The Swift Sweeper itself is quite heavy and it isn’t very easy to use. When sweeping, the motor part and the suction hose keep catching on the floor, so you have to hold it at a certain angle all the time which isn’t useful when sweeping in corners or under units. The bristles are nylon, so don’t sweep as well as a natural bristle does, and they get bent and misshapen so then don’t work as well. You have to position the suction hose exactly at the right angle for it to suck up the dust & bits, holding it directly over the pile, so this meant I had to hold the complete sweeper, which is heavy. It’s a lot of faff, and to be honest, you may as well just get your vacuum out!(Id bought this as I thought it would be easier). Disappointing waste of money, don’t bother!

The item i bought did not work so I emailed them no answer so I phoned them and they were full of promises said that they would give me a voucher still waiting so if you buy anything it's take it wether you like it or not staff were terrible to speak to so I've learned a little lesson here

Lovely product and the toilet looked 'extra white' after use, except for the main reason that I bought it - brown limescale at the bottom of the toilet which I have tried scrubbing / bleach / bicarbonate and vinegar to no avail. It was still the same after using this product. I think the advertising is a little misleading, as the videos and text claim to remove even worse than mine, but sorry it doesn't.

Had to wait 2 weeks before the fan was delivered, was told when I phoned that it was arriving on the 25th of July but didn’t turn up until 1st August.
The fan seems to do its job.

I was happy with the delivery time but when I opened the box I found the directions were not enough and they were small I found it hard to read. I went on line how to use the item but it was very basic as I need to know how to use the bottle. Saying that I am happy with item.
