Every product (bar 1) I have received from this company has been high quality and met all my expectations.

The one product I had an issue with resulted in a couple of emails to understand the situation (very quick responses) and urgent resolution of the problem. Cannot fault their high level of customer service (or products) and will continue to regularly purchase from them.

I was initially disappointed because the product (simple Scrub) would not charge so I had to contact the company. To be fair, they responded very quickly and sent a replacement, which arrived within a couple of days. The replacement seems to work perfectly—I have just used it in the bathroom and it is now recharging.
Overall, I am very happy with the service and their straightforward approach. Although the experience started with some disappointment, it is reassuring to know that they deal with any issues straight away.

Ordered by telephone which was easy and quick. Delivery was in two days as stated. The Jet pro wash is great and nice and light to use. Would definitely recommend this and also the company.

Only half the order arrived initially, I had to ring up and request the other part, to be fair it did arrive 2 days later but it wasn’t up to your usual high standards for delivery.

I had bought 2 fans earlier this year and one was faulty after using it for a few weeks. I got in touch and my enquiry was dealt with very efficiently and promptly and I was sent a replacement fan! Excellent customer service!

The company guided me to WhatsApp for my problem but no-one replies.
I had my new Easy clean 360 all laid out with batteries in it, when I was called away. My husband mistakenly thought it was left for him to set up. The head did not look evenly attached. After extensive questioning I believe he attached the head with it facing right. The problem is that the motor works in that position but we're unable to remove the head to try the others out.
Is there a method we can use to remove the wrongly attached head ?
Or has he broken my brand new cleaner ?
Any advice please, he's suggesting silicone spray or brute force..thank you

My sister in law bought me a fan when I was in hospital for2 weeks last April. I liked the size of the fan do I recently bought one in this hot weather. I like that it does not take too long to charge and charges when uou have it off Btilliant!
