The bridge broke down, because of bad quality adjusting screws.

Had three orders with MP, each time I was pleased with the products, all of which were delivered quite quickly.
Had to ask questions on 2 occasions, got quite prompt replies.
I'm really happy with this company.

One thing, which I see someone else here has mentioned, is UPS. I live in Hungary and order from Germany, UPS tracking is not very good. Even when your parcel is 'out for delivery' it just says 'by end of day'! So it means waiting at home till whenever they arrive.
By contrast couriers like GLS, DPD and even MPL (Hungarian Post Service) send you E-mail the day before they will deliver, then on the morning they send you e-mail/SMS with a 3 hour time window for when they expect to arrive.

I ordered a Jackson guitar through this website, I received an email stating that my order was ready to ship and I would soon get the shipment tracking info.
A few days later, I see that my order was refunded. I tried sending emails to the multiple addresses on the site AND calling their customer service and was straight up ignored. I understand from re-checking the site that the model I ordered was probably out of stock but if so it shouldn't be listed as available, and the fact that I was given no explanation as to why I was refunded and being straight up ignored by customer service is both shameful and inexcusable.

Delivered and everything went well

I ordered a The yamaha BTR-200 speaker and paid with a creditcard, the amount was about 7979,- Norwegian Krones. It got delivered with UPS within 5 days to Norway on my doorstep. I saved 2000,- krones (171€), on my purcase compared to what the product sells for in local stores. Good and efficient service via mail, UPS tracking worked out smooth. Im all over happy with Musik Produktiv.

The product was delivered as promised to a very good price. UPS on the other hand was delayed, and almost destroyed the package (there was a big hole in cardboard packaging but no apparent damage on the speakers inside).

So my experience was good, but I dont really trust UPS!

I ordered a vox amp bass, payed directly and after more than a week they emailed me to inform me that the item is not in stock and they will inform me when it does etc
I found it UNACCEPTABLE. I asked refund and I wait for my money. What a waste of time. A'd I really thought I would support for one time a smaller business and not run directly to Thomman. Eventuality I did.

Great price on the item, clear communication and very fast delivery, well wrapped.

Appalling delivery times its been a good few weeks now and still no sign of my order, no communication and according to there email it still hasn't left Germany. Please avoid if your arw buying in the UK its not worth the hassle

I placed an order for a lighting controller several months ago. This item is on long lead times with most suppliers, so I wasn't surprised when it didn't turn up in a few days.
However I've now emailed and tried to call twice - no response, and nobody picking up the phone. They have my money, and I need to cancel the order. Not acceptable.

Purchased Esp electric bass from Italy. Wrong article arrived on Monday. Immediately contacted customer service by phone
with an Italian-speaking operator. On Tuesdays, they send me the return instructions by e-mail. On Wednesdays, I ship the return at their expense. On Wednesday they send me the correct article which arrives on Friday. Customer service was fast and thorough. Recommended.

Greetings from Sweden. I just wanted to leave a short review since I had a fine experience with my purchase, especially as I se that the seller has pretty bad reviews overall. My opinion should in no way be seen as questioning other buyer's bad experiences, but just show that Musik Produktiv worked fine in my case.

I ordered a Gibson Les Paul Classic för about 2 000 € from Musik Produktiv. The guitar was hard to get hold of elsewhere, and I was a bit anxious to buy from this seller because of the bad reviews here on Trustpilot. But everything worked fine in my case. The guitar arrived safe and sound in Sweden just 3-4 days later. The guitar was in good condition and packed well. I have had no reason up til now to contact their customer support though, so I can't speak out on that bit.

To sum up: everything worked as expected, nothing to complain about. A legit seller. A short translation in Swedish here below.

Jag ville bara lämna ett kort omdöme då jag inte haft några problem med mitt köp. Ser dock att det finns många dåliga omdömen här. Jag brukar inte recensera ett köp när allting gått bra, men ville göra det i detta fall eftersom jag var tveksam innan. Jag beställde hem en Gibson Les Paul Classic från Musik Produktiv då samtliga gitarrer varit mycket svåra att få tag på i Sverige de senaste åren. Gitarren kostade cirka 20 000 kr och jag var lite nervös då säljaren fått dåliga omdömen här. Men allting fungerade fint och jag fick min gitarr 3-4 dagar senare. Slutet gott, allting gott. Inga konstigheter med företaget som jag upplevt. Har dock inte haft anledning att vara i kontakt med kundservice, som jag ser att andra varit missnöjda med.

Jag försöker givetvis inte hävda att andras köpupplevelser är falska. Ville bara ge min erfarenhet som kontrast. Hoppas denna info är till nytta för andra som är tveksamma.

Left 2 reviews for a product on Musik Produktiv’s site, the first was not posted at all, the second was deleted.
The company has sent a faulty product, contacted them with the details as well as sent a video demonstrating the fault, to which the company did not reply.
Review posted to comment about faulty product, what action we had taken and that they had not responded.
Received an email from a Claudia within their team, telling me how this not right to do(?), stating I should contact them for a return or replacement (even though I had done this already…), email was rude and complete with explanation marks to show her anger in my leaving of a negative review (god forbid..) and then the review was removed for a 2nd time.

Would really recommend shopping elsewhere, I would imagine the company have a received a much higher rate of negative reviews on their site, but the team seem really on it on monitoring and removing anything negative, leaving only positive reviews, which is obviously not a fair representation of the company, the way they deal with faults and the way they deal with customers.

I had replied to the company to explain I have gone via all the proper channels and they had ignored this, but it was not until I posted a negative review that they bothered to respond (rudely).

The product itself was faulty, I asked if they quality checked these, Claudia has replied they do not as they don’t have the staff - keep this in mind!
Delivery took a month.
Team are rude and lack basic customer service skills, I.e. responding politely to an email (or responding to complaint full stop).

I never right a review when things go right but in this case I think this company deserves it.So much cheaper than buying The item in the UK even with import charges & delivery.Fast tracked delivery ,item well packaged no problems what so ever.Well done & thank you.

Do not trust this seller. After purchasing a drumkit from them got hit by a massive custom fee when collecting the kit in UK. Seller washed his hands of it claiming its nothing to do with them. Person I dealt with was rude and unproffessional, DO NOT USE THIS SHOP! BAD SERVICE!
