I ordered a gig bag for kontrabass (even though I knew it wasn’t in stock). Got an email right away letting me know the bag wouldn’t come right away due to that and giving me the option to cancel the order. Then a week later I got a shipment confirmation. The Norwegian shipping company also sent me tracking info.
Super happy with the service, the product and at an awesome price! Highly recommended!

The store tested the guitar case before sending! The case I ordered from another store was too small!!! Mostly the estimated delivering time was several months, but in this case it was delivered normally!

This guitar arrived with a fault on the strings. A video was sent showing the company the error with a request for advice/ guidance on how we can fix. Two further emails sent across the 2 months with zero reply from the company.

I bought a B-Ware (B-Stock) that they clearly mislabeled (they Listed It to be something It was not, in other words, It was not compatible with items they wrote It was supposed to be compatible with). Their policy for returns states that shipping returns Is on their behalf any time an item shipped to Germany is worth more than 40€, or if the item is damaged. But they don't want to pay the shipping for a return clearly caused by their mistake (if It was returned once It Is probably because they mislabeled their product and they didn't care to change the listing). Something similar never happened to me in over a decade of online shopping with thousands of orders over the past 7-8 Years.

Item (guitar) ordered on wednesday and delivered (From Germany to Italy) in two days at the UPS scheduled time. Great customer care service before and after selling. Highly recomnended!

All was ok, EXCEPT for (I don’t remember if I had a choice or not) using UPS Norway. If you go to Google reviews of UPS Norway you will see they are the absolute WORST of all. Any other delivery company is better. In Norway UPS doesn’t even bother notifying the customer there is a package awaiting pickup. No notification at all. They never deliver to the home, always claiming there was no one there, ok…I get that, bit their pickup place is far away, and no notification. I only found out that I could pick it up because I checked your tracking info. Please stop using UPS at all, for Norway. They absolutely are the worst.

Fast in communication as well as transactions. I have dealt with them for purchases I’ve followed through with that went perfectly, and also one most recently that I had to retract because of an error that was entirely mine. And also this time the followup went without a hitch.
