The CD that I had ordered from a seller in Brazil on February 27, 2025 was delivered not to me in the USA but to someone else in Sao Paulo, Brazil on March 21, 2025. The seller kept on giving me excuses but finally did offer to send me a replacement CD but he wanted me to wait even longer to see if the original shipped CD showed up in my mailbox which it never did. When I had asked if he would ship the replacement CD out sooner, the seller had ignored my two requests. So I had asked PayPal for a full refund which they kindly had given to me. When I had told the seller that PayPal had given me a full refund and I had asked the seller again if he would still offer me that replacement CD right away then I would return the favor with leaving him positive feedback over at MusicStack, the seller had finally replied back to me but in an angry insulting response. So I finally had no choice but to leave him negative feedback at MusicStack since I did not receive the CD plus he did not live up to his promise to send me a replacement CD and instead had given a rude reply back to me. That seller from Brazil should either send me a replacement CD or MusicStack should immediately remove him from their website. I wish my order had worked out better because I would have liked to have the CD of that album since it is not sold here in the USA. I only blame MusicStack for allowing such a seller onto their business website.

That I was able to purchase the items for a reasonable price (including shipping) but the variety was also good. The process was easy and quick. The only thing I didn't see was tracking but it was all shipped quickly

I ordered a Vinyl Record that was sold out everywhere in Canada and USA, except for one on Ebay for $100+ USD. So I was about to give up, but I checked Music Stack and saw someone in Japan had one at a record store. I ordered from them for $34 Canadian and got the record 14 days later. Great response when I had questions and it arrived in better shape than most vinyl coming from Canada and USA. Big ups to MusicStack and the seller JET SET Japan. 10/10, will order from here again in the future!
