Deliver ordered for Thursday arrived Saturday. Meat smell was horrendous bad had throw in bin..
Contacted both DHL and muscle food received no reply.
Have used these for years never had a problem before worst quality ever.

My delivery has still not arrived, and after 9 emails I still have no update. The meat was supposed to arrive on a Saturday, then cancelled and rescheduled to thursday, which never arrived. It then arrived at dhl on Friday, where it sat in a hot non refrigerated post office so when it came on the monday, it was unfit for human consumption so went in the bin, £90 wasted, and after 9 emails, no response on a refund, so basically theft has occurred and not even a phone number to call them on, it really feels like a scam at this point. All I can do is hope my money returns but I have very little faith after 9 emails.

Great prices fast delivery service and meat was excellent

Delivered to front door. Prepped meals saves time when you have many things to do. They actually taste pretty good, I mean not restaurant quality but still good. I want more so it's good for me. Some meals are high in protein but it is that low fat that is the game changer. 💪 very happy 👍

Very late delivery, I also received an email stating part of the order couldn’t be delivered and after sending an email asking when it could be delivered I’ve had no answer. For my first time ordering it wasn’t a good experience. Won’t be ordering again!

Rotten meat had to throw it all away including the contents of my fridge and freezer not happy emailed them no reply

My order was despatched in 2 boxes. 1 arrived but never received the 2nd.
Messaged muslefood and DHL and neither have replied and it will be a week tomorrow

Missing items, delayed late delivery, reply to messages takes ages - can't fault quality of the food but customer service is another matter

Yet another delayed delivery, my last but one delivery was the same , but didnt have explanation why

Never ordering from muscle food again. Ordered from here for a while now. Order was late, missing items and when I left a note to DHL (awful delivery company by the way, it was way better with DPD) they completely ignored the letter on my porch saying I wasnt accepting the order as it was late and delivered it into my porch anyway. Then sent an email to say it had been accepted by me in person .... im not sure how considering im sat at work typing this. Won't be using muscle food again. Ignoring scheduled delivery dates when they used to be brilliant , and in this hot weather as well? No wonder youve gone into administration.

I've ordered from MuscleFood several times before and have never had any issues. However, my most recent order, which cost over £85, was a huge disappointment.

Not only did the delivery arrive a day late, but after putting everything straight into the fridge, the Beef Haché Steaks started turning brown and looked inedible just two days later, despite still having four days remaining before the use-by date. I had no choice but to throw away all 10 steaks, costing me £22.99.

I contacted MuscleFood through their website and provided photos showing the issue, but after four days I still hadn't received a response.

Based on this experience, I won't be ordering from MuscleFood again and just go to the local butchers, and I'd recommend avoiding the Beef Haché Steaks.

Your service was nothing short of diabolical. Never replied to any email sent (other than automated) and still sent me the order even though I had cancelled it. Chicken breast had really bad smell was off and had to be thrown.

There was a slight issue with getting order delivered on time but that was sorted out & rearranged via email on same day so not a big deal. Had what I wanted & everything was delivered on the date no spoilage or anything like I’ve read that others have had. All in all great food & service.

Missing 3 things in my order one of them is 15kg of chicken breast

Whats going on with this company it use to be amazing

Cancelled delivery, they rescheduled and I waited in line, it didn’t turn up until the next day. The order was very sparse on the lucky dip box and no amount of emails to customer service prompted any compensation so I’ve cancelled my membership.

The meat arrived 3 days late
Box had been opened the meat had to be thrown away some meat missing, the smell when opened was awful,as a 82 year old man ive lost 89 pounds and no food.bad deal.

Are delivery was change 3 times and this was are first order with urself so not very good

I ordered food and choose the delivery date 5th of August. Kept checking the tracker but nothing was being done so I figured that they might delivery a day late. As expected the order just got delivered an hour early from what was stated in the email. The delivery service didnt bother to ring the bell, we were sat in the living room. Now come to the order, 5kg chicken was missing from the order. And email was sent out saying some items were missing but not mentioned which one. Now thanks to them I will have to do an additional grocery run to get some chicken from a superstore.
Will be thinking twice before ordering again. Really poor service and even rubbish communication.
