From ordering in store to delivery it was a pleasant experience. Paul and Ryan who delivered my table, chairs and bench arrived when they said they would and were very friendly. They had everything assembled together in no time.

My recliner chair mechanism broke, I called to the shop to see if I could get a replacement, staff were very helpful, gave me an email address and a few mins after email was sent I got a reply to say they would send the part by post or send a technician to fit it, payment was took over the phone and the technician was sent out within the week. He was very prompt arrived on time and very friendly, I would definitely use this service again. Excellent customer service.
