They had excellent communication and their service worked as advertised. They didn't actually provide service to the specific cloud I needed it to work for, but they were quick to give a refund. I would consider using them in the future.

Easy cloud to cloud transfer

Exactly what I've been looking for. With my 1Mbps upload, this would take forever but now I can do it for free and way faster. Transferred my DropBox to OneDrive with ease, Thanks!

Multcloud is a great invention that helps me transfer my data between cloud storage and does not require me to operate. Although some people will complain that its speed is too slow, for me, the speed higher than 10MB/S is very satisfactory. by the way, I use a free service.

Moved 9 GB of Photos from Google Photos to OneDrive

I have started using OneDrive so I am migrating files so that I can get back to free size on GDrive. 9GB of photo files moved in under a couple hours .. it was unattended while we ate dinner and watched some of a Frank Sinatra retrospective.

Setup was easy and the transfer was clean using the free transfer mode.

Very Pleased ... Lee in Florida

Not wroth the money - better services available.

Had this service for quite some time but now completely switched to CloudHQ which does the same job except continuously AND it included ALL files.

MultCloud kept erroring out, missing files, does not support onenote files and also at will deleted large chunks of files from the backup store.

Not recommended.

Finally a simple, reliable, predictable, and inexpensive all-in-one solution!

Finally! Like most people I stumbled into using cloud services. Started with backing up cell phone photos from multiple family members.. moved to some documents using Google docs, and therefore Google drive, then of course Microsoft Onedrive because MS Office is still everywhere and does everything. Then, recently, I had to find a file... It was a time sink.. hour after hour of searching subdirectories and digging I finally gave up. ALL OF THAT WAS SOLVED BY MULTCLOUD. Amazing, one-stop shop for simple file management. If you know how to find a file on your computer, you can now find it in no time, and know everything is safe and secure.. syncing and backing up effortlessly. I never had any intention of being a cloud expert or logging in and out of 7 different apps/drives all the time. Now I never have to again! Great service worth every penny and more!

I paid $130 for Multcloud to transfer my files from google drive to OneDrive, and it didn’t work. Spent a week going back and forth with customer support, begging them for my money back while they tried to blame OneDrive, then GoogleDrive, and never refunded me. Do NOT trust these guys.

Does not function as advertised

Does not function as advertised.

Tried to transfer 210GB of files to Dropbox from OneDrive. Purchased Multcloud to prevent having to make enough space on an external drive, download from OneDrive, and reupload to Dropbox. Setting up the task via the webportal was easy and fast (less than 5min). However, the task stalled after 50GB. Retried. Stalled after 40GB. Retried. Didn't even start. Retried. Slowed down to a few kb/s of transfer speed. Retried around a dozen times. Exchanged several emails with their support. Support was responsive, and acknowledged the problem, stating that Dropbox limits transfers via the API. However, that was all they did. They were either unwilling or unable to fix the problem. After several exchanges asking me to try different things, the final response was: Please divide up your task into smaller chunks (they did not know how small) and submit each chunk as a separate task. Unacceptable. Asked for my money back, twice, to no avail.

This was a straightforward task and a small amount of data - far less than a terabyte.

Had they reimbursed the subscription cost and emailed an apology (this back and forth has taken two weeks without service being delivered), no public review would have been necessary.

Payment processing doesn't pass the smell test

The free service is OK if slow. 50GB is a good amount for a free service. THe reason I am giving it such a low rating is that twice I tried to purchase their service so I could move more data. I only needed to do it once and so their rate was attractive. Unlike other services they claim you can sign up to pay on a monthly basis and cancel any time. the $9.99monthly cost was lower than anything else I came across. The problem is that on both occasions when I tried to pay through paypal I got this scammy message saying that it was being processed "manually" and that this was normal. No way that is normal. It also said it would be processed within an hour, or maybe not. Then either in their email or the page, I don't remeber they had an email link, didn't work. And their "support" was just a bunch of FAQ or knowledge base crap. So I had no way to find out why on Earth they were giving me the run around. It did not pass the smell test for me. I did use the free service because I just couldn't find any way to transfer between dropbox and onedrive that didn't cost an arm and a leg. It took a few sessions because I had more than 50 GB to transfer. I cancelled my account after that because I just didn't trust them. If you need to move 50GB for free go for it but be careful and good luck with the paid option. I hope it works for you, it sure didn't for me.
