Crooked
If you want to upgrade , they have different prices for same offer, very dishonest. In one place, lifetime is over $200 and in another place 129.00
I did pay 99 but then it refused to transfer claiming I need to upgrade!
So now I’m stuck, paid and it will not work
I was so happy initially but I’m very disappointed. If they don’t fix it in a day or 2, I’ll ask for a refund
Very disappointed
They say to contact customer service or customer service told me that the limit for transfer is 8 gigabyte, that’s not enough. I hope they can just refund me my money. I’m not even using it.

took a little to set up
took a little to set up, but not bad. biggest issue was google not allowing to delete after transfer. I created a transfer album in google and then moved items to transfer in there, then delete. worked great. Multicoud is super easy!
It works. Tested for different clouds
It works. We have tried a couple of different clouds. Microsoft365 Sharepoint, onedrive, onedrive for business, Google Workspace, Google drive. At first we had an issue with Sharepoint not connecting but that was due to another migration tool being active at the same time to the same tenant. Support is okay. A bit slow in response but eventually you will get there.

Service unfortunately wasn't right for my needs
I tried to transfer some fairly large files between 2 different platforms, one of them being Dropbox, which is notoriously slow when downloading. I hoped that transferring to Google Drive and then downloading from there would be faster, but unfortunately not.
I contacted Multcloud support and told them that the service didn't work out for me, and they very graciously refunded my money straight away.
Not suitable for large volumes of data
The service only works for small amounts of data. When I tried to move millions of files for a project, it took forever. I asked support if there was a way to speed things up, even if it meant paying more, and they just told me to break it into several smaller transfers instead, which wouldn't have really helped. They blamed it on bandwidth limitations and the capabilities of the clouds we were using. Personally, I don't think AWS has these kinds of bandwidth or speed issues. Basically, the tool isn't designed for large projects and won't be useful if you have a lot of data to move. And then, there's also the issue that the tool isn't reliable.
Clearly, if I'm leaving a bad review, it's not just because I had a bad experience, but also because the company isn't clear about what their service can do.

Don't waste your money if you are…
Don't waste your money if you are trying to do a large one time sync.
70Gb transfer between Dropbox and OneDrive.. after 30min calculation their speed is 80kb/s.. that'll take 240hrs.
Do it manually

Your website works really well
Your website works really well, easy, fast, smooth, it is a good and helpful internet tool
Thank you for your work
Don't waste your money!
As the title says, don't waste our money!
First of all, they are advertising features that are limited, for instance “Real-time synchronization between two cloud drives” is limited to two (2) tasks, and they don’t tell you that until you have signed up and try to enable more than 2 tasks.
Secondly, the platform is not stable! I created 6 scheduled sync tasks, but 2 of them does not run as scheduled.
Thirdly, their support is almost non-existing. When I encountered the issues with the above mentioned tasks, they fixed the problem the first time, but just 9 days later the tasks stopped working and they have not been able to fix it (same issue with the same tasks), Since their ‘fix’ did not work , I asked to be refunded the money I paid for the ‘Lifetime – Unlimited’ subscription I had purchased, but I was told that they couldn’t as I was outside the 30-day refund policy, which I can’t find anywhere on their webpage, and which should not have any bearing, as I am not asking for a refund because I changed my mind, but because the service is not stable and they can’t fix it!
After pushing for a solution (or a refund) several times, they have stopped answering my emails.
Update February 20, 2024
It's getting better (sarcasm)...
They finally replied on February 18, 2024...5 days after I informed them that their 'fix' did not work.
They apologized the delay and blamed it on 'holidays and mountains of email responses'...which begs some questions...1) why do they advertise 24/7/365 Support on their website when they apparently shut down over the Chinese New Year...and 2) are the 'mountains of email responses' other angry customers?
Anyway, they came up with the brilliant (sarcasm again) fix, that I create two new tasks.
So I did that...and yes, now those two tasks have been working for a little over 24 hours, but at the same time, two other tasks stopped working...
So save yourself the headache and stay away from this product...it's not worth it!

Seemed promising, but poor support
Seemed promising, but then as time went on and we started to do bigger migrations on an unlimited and paid account files and folders starting going everywhere! Sent support emails and no answer whatsoever. I don't think service has any commercial value or relevance in our opinion

I'm new to Multcloud
I'm new to Multcloud, i did transfer data from my onedrive to Gdrive and it is amazing
Terrible Company and Product
I reached out to their customer service on behalf of two different companies from two different emails. They did not respond or follow up. One company decided to go ahead and use the service. Multcloud was not able to perform the functions required and in my opinion their advertising was deceptive. Overall a terrible company that doesn't want your money and doesn't even bother to respond to customers.

The platform so far is easy to use for any simple being who just wish to make some movement of files from one cloud drive to another. No bad experience yet, though, I may attribute the slowness of transfer from the traffic bandwidth i suppose. But overall, things are doing good! Thumbs up to all of you MULTCLOUD TEAM!

Very easy to setup my FTP backup, reliable, and secure. The user interface is amazing.
I had such optimism for this service
I had such optimism for this service, but sadly it was a frustrating experience.
Having purchased a subscription with 100GB data transfer allowance, I thought I could easily transfer my data (under 100GB) from Box to OneDrive. However, for no clear reason my data allowance was exhausted after only transferring approx 30GB. The account was reset by their support (in a timely manner), but was then exhausted again shortly afterwards. This happened once more, before their support stopped replying to my emails.
Not sure what the issue was, but from the transfer logs it seemed like their platform processed far more data than the actual size of data being transferred. - which from a customers perspective is simply wrong.
The platform itself was easy to use and if it worked as expected and paid for, I would have been satisfied. Shame really!
