As an iPhone user, I chose Mullvad for its strong commitment to privacy. Unfortunately, the DNS filtering allows access to many gambling sites that are clearly listed in their official blocklists. T... See more

Works well
Works well. More private then most other VPNs. Only issue is the price I wish they did something link windscribe where you can buy certen locations for 1$ or they had some sort of free plan that only allowed a few servers.
I can only recommend giving it a try
I now used Mullvad for around 2 years and I really have to admire them. I almost never had any problem with their service. The only thing, that sometimes happens is that their IPv4 Addresses gets blocked by some websites, so you can't visit them (or make a ton of captcha), but then I just don't bother and search another website.
Pro:
I tested their program on many Operating Systems (mostly Linux) and on all of them, Mullvad just worked without any issue.
Also, they have made an own browser with the tor project together (how cool is that!) and they also have an own search engine named leta.
Their post on their website to teach about privacy is great, to learn how to protect myself even better.
Cons:
The only thing that come to my mind for what they could improve would be that in the server list in the app, you can select “favourite” or “most used” server. So you can easier select them. Also, maybe a “random” icon next to the (maybe) “favourite” section and the “all server” section. So that it always select a random location around the world.
I hope this review helps to others.
Mullvad is the best ♥️
Hands down, the best VPN without hesitation.
The privacy and zero log policy is the best.
The speed is unbelievable compared to Nord and any other VPNs in the market.
The Dns ad block, porn block, social media block and malware block works fantastic.
The only downside for some normal users would be that you can not use it to change your stream region in Netflix, etc.
And this is not a big deal. VPN is for privacy, and Mullvad provides you with the best privacy.
After all, this company does not need a review; If you know, you know.
At the end of the day, If you have hesitation, avoid Mullvad and let us enjoy our fast connection and don't interrupt our servers. Most likely, you don't deserve Mullvad.
happy user for 2 years
happy satisfied user for 2 years, especially glad with router-enabled VPN protecting for my whole WLAN.
insane speeds
Great pricing model, never experienced downtime.
I get 800mbps with a 1 gigabit connect and up to 500 with multihop.
Simple and Effective
I love above other applications how fast the setup is and how lightweight the applications are, Also all the Networks Interfaces on Third Party applications were automatically configured unlike other VPNs.
Great VPN Services
Great VPN I’m always have it on 24/7 for my browsing security, for my online banking and other personal stuff.. love there privacy status pricing is good, has a matter of fact I have 2 VPN, but my go to is Mullvad
Unsatisfactory Experience: Mullvad VPN Failed to Deliver Promised Service and Refused Refund
I was initially drawn to Mullvad VPN due to its positive reviews, but unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, leading me to perceive Mullvad as an untrustworthy company. I decided to use Mullvad based on its touted positive reputation, but instead, I found myself out of 50 euros with no VPN service to show for it.
Mullvad offers a service where users can generate a code on their website, send the corresponding amount in cash via mail to Mullvad in an envelope, and supposedly gain anonymous access to a VPN. However, this process did not yield the promised VPN connection. Upon contacting Mullvad via email to inquire about the issue, their response suggested that my payment had not been received, even insinuating that I was at fault by asking, "Did you not write down your Mullvad account number?"
It's important to note that I did indeed provide the code given to me when I opted for payment through the mailed cash method in my email inquiry. Despite this, my VPN connection was not activated, and I was met with unhelpful customer service.
I am disappointed by this experience and feel that I have been misled by Mullvad's claims. I am giving Mullvad another chance to rectify this situation by reaching out to me and refunding the money I paid for a service I did not receive. This interaction will determine whether or not I can consider Mullvad a reputable and trustworthy company.
a little expensive
What I like is that the speed is relatively fast, and most of the servers are good, but it is a bit expensive compared to other VPNs, except for the price, everything else is okay,I still hope that the price can be changed, because no one is afraid of being cheap
fake locations show uk server all the…
fake locations show uk server all the time lot of captcha but the refund is super fast In the matter of money you can trust them with your eyes closed
the vpn is not suitable for those surfing from Israel
Asked for a refund
Asked for a refund, gave the dude some long essay about how removing the port forwarding function is bad for the future of mullvad, he says ok 0/10
Great vpn provider..
Great vpn provider... This is actually my new goto. No signup, no hassle. Multiple pay options. Tons of servers to choose from, multiple countries and cities.
pretty good vpn provider love it
Mullvad is not working in Russia anymore
I paid €5 a month for maybe a year and it was working perfect. Not working anymore though due to it being blocked in Russia.
I switched over to a different vpn which costs the same €5 a month and the speed is nuts compared to mullvad.
To be honest I should have done this transition earlier. This is not a vpn for me. Mullvad team didn't do anything to bypass Russian censorship. Why should I use mullvad then?
Someone using this service to threaten…
Someone using this service to threaten to down our web site and hide their own ip. Service abuse support refuse to investigate and prevent that kind of activity in the future.
Works great on PC and Phone.
Works great on PC and Phone.
It is ridiculous my ISP decides what websites are blocked when I am paying over priced for fast fibre internet.
Mullvad gives freedom of accessing what I want. Feels literally free and pays itself back in terms of time saved.
Transparent VPN service in terms of privacy
As an privacy advocate, I've been using Mullvad since a couple of months.
They are transparent about everything, have a good number of payment methods, price is cheap and the support is really fast and nice if you are encountering a problem, which is also pretty rare because everything runs smoothly.
Especially five stars for how open and transparent they handled the recent case with the law enforcement!
Keep it going, you are marking a difference in the world! :)
Absolutely Fantastic
After using many VPNs I am yet to find one which is as reliable, fast and value for money as Mullvad.
Their no BS pricing is incredible, no locking you in to a 3 year plan before you commit. I absolutely love the variety of payment methods they accept.
Port forwarding is extremely straightforward following their online guide and once setup works flawlessly.
I've ran into significantly less websites blocking me from accessing them compared to other providers due to the IP being blacklisted which I love.
I would like to see a few more countries in the future, mainly turkey seems to be a country which other providers offer - however I understand this may be because of local laws.
Could be great, small things.
Been using on my phone and it’s been brilliant works fast and smooth with no issues.
One massive flaw I found early on is they have no firestick APP which is bizarre, if they had a firestick app or at least had a side loaded APP for the firestick like say PIA do then Mullvad would be complete.
If anyone from Mullvad is seeing this get a firestick APP, FAST….
