Overall, service was good, until it was not.
Then they never answer you on emails on time, blaming it on holidays, whatnot.

Just lately the service has been shocking. Your servers are continuously marked as spam/dangerous by google, youtube, reddit etc. The experience is becoming painful these days. Also using my local servers, struggle to load a youtube video? Pathetic. Time to move on.

Because they failed to resolve the billing issue, my account was suspended for 4 months. I purchased a new account, but since it was linked to the old one, they locked my new account as well! They are not refunding the payment for the new account, and they are not extending the old account. I am extremely frustrated.

Horrible service ! I got hacked and they stopped responding to any questions I have . I will post all the screenshots of my computer being compromised! And zero response or help from Stefan at Mullvad ! He stopped answering any questions and I can’t unseal the program it keeps quitting half way and doesn’t let me connect to nothing with the kill switch being blocked you can’t unblock it ! You will get hacked if you download this . I did

Great VPN, I have used a few others vpns and still do and Mullvad is one of them !! I don't put all my eggs in one basket right!!

A no nonsense VPN that takes their product seriously. Unlike many other VPN providers, this one doesn't use slimy marketing and fake promises.

The support isn't the fastest but at least it's real employees who will answer once they return to work, no random guy in a cubicle answering support tickets without knowing anything about the product (most 24/7 support products).

I have been using the VPN for around 2 years now and have not encountered any major issues. I trust them over most other companies so that's why I'm sticking with it for now. One should always compare options, of course, but Mullvad seems like a solid pick.

I wouldn't say it was the BEST vpn service (for number and speed of servers) but on PC I like the app, i like the price (5Euro = 30 days simple!) and the lack of predatory subscription models. I can just pay for 30 days at a time and not be forced to renew during months I dont need it so I will stick with Mullvad.

No two-layer VPN on the phone, no Mullvad browser on the phone, and Leta is really basic.

And the companies morals are in the right place & if you’re new to privacy there is no silly questions there so nice.
