Mulgas Reviews 

I have used Mulgas for over 7 years. On a yearly basis for the gas safety check. They have never let me down. I also recently had a new boiler installed and again they were efficient and on time. I have also been able to speak to the engineers on occasions to explain the exact problem. I find this extremely useful, I would highly recommend Mulgas. They also have a plumbing arm so again very useful as they know my flat.

When our boiler broke down and left us with no hot water , they came in same day as we reported to them and replaced the boiler the next day. Would not use any other company and would recommend them to anyone .

Which blew the electricity. We contacted Mulgas, they contacted George, who turned around and accessed the problem and fixed it

Spot on, efficient and friendly.
I needed a Boiler service + certificate for a property, used another company in the past and wasn't happy with the service (communication...). Therefore gave Mulgas a call.
Clear communication along the way with Kayleigh, prompt service and delivering the paperwork the day after the service. Reasonably priced.
All in all, a happy customer, will ask for their help in the future again.

Boiler Installation My boiler developed a fault; yes I could have had it fixed but as time goes on the parts become more expensive and there is always the chance with a boiler that is over 20 years old that it could develop another problem. I received a couple of quotes from Mulgas giving a choice between 2 boilers. The quotes were detailed but very clear and transparent. On the day of boiler installation I was pleased with the job. In addition the waste ie old boiler was neatly stacked up outside and quickly removed.
A big thank-you to the Engineers and the office staff for the complete job. It is a pleasure and easy to deal with all the staff at Mulgas. Any questions I had prior to the day were quickly answered.

On this occasion I had booked for a gas safety inspection and even though I had asked for additional work to be done they remembered each detail, arrived with all the necessary materials, after contacting my tenant direct, taking the hassle out of my hands.

Last week Mulgas replaced my boiler and carried out a general refurbishment of my heating system.
The work was done quickly, neatly and on time while accommodating a few last-minute scope adjustments.
Dealing with the company was a pleasure: queries were answered quickly and helpfully.
I can thoroughly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the service received. The engineer came the next day after I had called late afternoon and quickly resolved the issue.

Following morning visit after call to call for assistance. Parts obtained and fitted within 24hours.

Excellent technical staff and customer friendly

Great service from everyone. Their engineer Giles was professional and very knowledgable and explained the work needed to repair our boiler. Charges were reasonably priced so will use again and recommend.

Our boiler broke down towards the end of October 22. The engineer who investigated took the trouble to offer options even though parts of the boiler were obsolete. We got a few quotes and chose Mulgas based on David, the boss who we felt inspired the most trust. This panned out well as the job was done ahead of time and on budget. Having used the new system for a few months we are very pleased with our choice. Thanks also to George, the installing engineer who took trouble to incorporate our additional requests.

The initial call-out was prompt and problem identified. Alas it meant a new boiler! This work was carried out swiftly and with little disturbance and mess. The engineer was obviously very knowledgeable and took time to explain things to us as he went along. The price was reasonable and we would highly recommend this company.

Always great service. Have used Mulgas for about the last 15 years and they are excellent. Friendly, reliable engineers and the office team are great too.

Friendly clean and so professional engineer even took his shoes off at the door was expecting to need a bank loan to pay the invoice but was really pleased didn’t over price and didn’t try and give us work that didn’t need doing
