First class customer service in all respects
After going on line to check on all suppliers of Carbon Fibre mobility scooters and after a first class demonstration by Paul of MuickSandy, I purchased the F1 scooter. After what I thought would be a short term medical problem turned into a long term problem, I
needed to cancel the order. I was fortunate enough to
speak to Megan Lyle a Customer Relations Executive
who after I explained my situation with care and understanding agreed to cancel the order and arrange
an immediate refund, which she did. This lady is a credit to MuickSandy. If you are in the market for a Mobility
Scooter I would highly recommend this company.

I have been most impressed by the Customer Service
I have been most impressed by the rapidity of the Muick Sandy Customer Service. Any email I sent was answered immediately. The delivery of my R1 scooter was on time and the guy who delivered it was OK and gave me a test drive. He was, however, in a hurry with a long drive ahead of him so tended to do things himself rather than showing me how to do them and letting me do them myself. I am 88 so I did not remember all he said and needed to do everything myself for it to sink in.

From the home visit with Brent and the lady who kept in touch with me though owt. The delver was earlier than expected and was delivered at the exact time they said when the driver rang me.The delivery was spot on by 3 very friendly lads,they didn't leave until l was satisfied with my chair and explained everything to me.

Ryan, who delivered the scooter, was extremely helpful. He rang to advise us of his anticipated arrival time. He was polite, friendly and informative. He patiently demonstrated all aspects of driving, folding and unfolding the scooter. He ensured my husband could manage it all with confidence before he left. He also explained how to make contact should we need help/advice. We were very happy and pleased with the scooter and the delivery service. Thank you
PS. Having now tried out the scooter, my husband is extremely pleased with its performance.
