Firstly I'm really sorry you felt the need to request a refund from PayPal rather than ask me.
You actually ordered a black shirt (albeit by mistake, I won't judge) I can see from the website analytics that's what was in your shopping cart, that's what you paid for (I can see the order confirmation page too) and that's what we sent.
You then emailed me at 6pm UK time asking to change the colour and I responded at 6am UK time the following day to say sorry, but your shirt had already shipped (most people like our quick dispatch service).
I am genuinely really sorry you're not happy and will of course refund you, we're a really small company but I would prefer to take the loss myself than anybody think we might randomly send wrong coloured shirts to customers.
If you really hate the black t-shirt please donate it to someone who will appreciate it, and thank you for giving me the opportunity to share with other customers how quickly we dispatch orders and respond to enquiries (6am the following day in this case).

The buying process was good
The buying process was good, but product held up at customs in Italy. A month after purchase the parcel still hasn't arrived.

Good customer service
I queried a discrepancy in the postage quoted and the company offered to refund the difference in the postage. They honoured their promise and the items ordered also came quickly and were as described. Thanks Mudchutney!

Good products but unexpected import duties
Hello, don't worry too much, my not so good experience is not Mudchutney’s fault. I live in Belgium and was not aware i would have to pay import duties. These were actually higher than the price of the T-shirt. Brexit Bummer. If there is a way to warn people from outside UK about these taxes and their high rates on the website, this might help people like me.
Products are good.
