I'm so sorry for all the trouble you've experienced, I did respond but the mail must have been filtered out into spam. The shirt was sent again to the address you gave but clearly gone astray in the post so since you've had so much trouble I have this morning requested a replacement be made and shipped out to you by express delivery.

I'm sorry you had to wait a couple of weeks for your t-shirt. I can see that you ordered it at the end of day on a Wednesday and it was printed and shipped by the following Monday morning so I'm afraid this was completely out of our hands and down to Royal Mail being rubbish.
