the servers go out too quickly and sometimes when you do some maintenance my server is already staying for 3 days unavailable without being reimbursed for this private period of my server.

Your review is surprising as we do use very high frequency CPU in order to provide the most powerful gameserver hosting, plus we do not overcommit our machines to provide the most stable performances ever.
I can see you haven't reached our support to see what was going on, please understand that it's pretty hard to guess an potential issue on your server (probably due to some configuration or content) if you don't contact us :(

Actually your account was responsible of multiple phishing websites that were returned by blacklist services and our own provider, plus the Paypal transaction seems to be a fraud.
I can understand the account locked wasn't expected but there are good reasons for us to do that...
Please understand that we cannot approve any kind of phishing acts, this is a very critical issue that we needed to punish somehow.
Also note that we may report the competent authorities these acts.
The server hosting has been great
The server hosting has been great, the only thing I can really comment on is the notes for some settings and tabs only have a description in french, I don't know how much of a priority it is but I know I would appreciate english descriptions.

Actually this is clearly stated on the payment method. There are quite important fees on PaySafeCard, we assume a part of them but it lasts 10% fees that explains what you say.
We'll do our best to lower these fees but it's not fully in our hands :(

Good services but i got a day (from 10h to the night) of interruption for a server migration so me and my friends couldn't play during this moment. No informations, nothing. I just paid one day with no accès to my server. Never mine, except that, it's fine.
