We've made our best to guide through configuration steps but it seems that it wasn't the support level you've expected.
We'll try to add more documentations to help customers, considering Arma3 remains a game quite difficult to "code".
Best GMod server hosting
I ordered a GMod server for 1 month and it works perfectly! Everything works.
One weird thing is that some text is in french, but it wasn't really a problem with Google Translate.

The server is ran fine but...
The server is ran fine before and well but any changes I made in the command menu of their servers did not take place or go through to the actual game. I had friendly fire turned off and global chat turned on in my ark server but it never turned on or enabled in game no matter what I did

We're not aware of such issue, we host much ARK servers and none of our customers told us about this.
You opened a support ticket and we wanted to analyze the bug but you never answered...
I rate give 6 starts if i could
I came back after a while to use the service again and I'm super happy to see the owners continuously working on the site.The support team is also great and fast to respond to w/e questions you might have. I'd recommend mtxserv to anyone.

I have not had any problems with…
I have not had any problems with Mtxserv. Customer service is fast and uptime is really good. It is from my personal experience the only server host that provides such a level of quality, has affordable prices, allows frequent and large backups and so on

Good and simple to work with
Over all this site seems to work pretty good, there where a few connection problems with the basegame or when having mods installed... But overall nothing too infuriating.
The one thing I´d like to see are Updates to some of the FTB Packs. There are a few that are more than one version behind (FTB Omnia as an example)
Overall a good experience, would probably recommend it (for now)
