Appreciate the help
I was surprised to receive the call straight away. I was greeted with a warm smile and cheerful tone. I was not rushed even though their working hours were nearing an end. Everything was explained thoroughly. Trust was easily given and I am so pleased with the service that I don't want to let them down.
