Horrible horrible company- I have not…

Horrible horrible company- I have not received my order- I have sent several emails asking where it is- no response- I was able to file a dispute with my bank.
Do not purchase, this is a joke of customer service.

ZERO STARS - DISHONEST AND LIAR

ZERO STARS... if I could. Order two dresses in October 2024, exactly the same, but different sizes. Website "guaranteed" that I could return both or just one of them with no problems. Upon receipt of the dresses, and I emailed immediately to Amanda asking for a refund for both dresses as they were not what I expecting. She is the owner and she actually did email back and forth with me for about two months confirming that I would be getting a fully refund for both dresess. Every email guaranteed that I would be issued a refund for both dresses as long as I followed the instructions she had given to me. I followed every single instruction for two months and then all of a sudden she abruptly stopped communicating with me. All of the emails with her were very friendly, up until she absolutely ghosted me. She had guaranteed me a full refund once the dresses were shipped back to her. She would not continue our conversation when I asked what address I should use to send the dresses back to her. I got BBB involved and she OUTRIGHT LIED to them in her response about our email conversation. Disgusting coming from a so-called owner! Then a year later she had the audacity to continually send me emails about their "great deals", "come back to order", etc. I finally in capital letters told her to stop emailing me anything from their company ever again. She responded to that email of course and I have heard another word from "Ms. Dressly." This company is a HUGE rip off and Amanda's lies are absolutely awful. To treat a customer like she did to me was despicable. She should be forced to close to close her business because of her lies and dishonesty. Whatever you do, never ever order from this company! "Amanda" will pretend to be your friend until a certain point and will then just stop all communications! I COULD NOT GO BACK ON THIS PAGE TO USE THE CORRECT DATE OF MY TRANSACTIONS WITH MS. DRESSLY. I ORDERED MY DRESSES IN OCT. 2024.

The material was CHEAP

The material was CHEAP! The item arrived to me much shorter than pictured on the site and it was poorly made. I would not recommend this item to anyone. It was a waste of the money spent to purchase it.

I have been trying to get ahold of this…

I have been trying to get ahold of this company with no luck. The package was way late getting to me. And two of the items were not what I ordered. I have been trying to return them for 3 weeks now. Not happy with this business.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered a shirt, they accepted my payment, never shipped. Order cannot be found on their site despite being long past the processing time, chat provides AI generated responses with no resolution, and no refund option. Phone number for company does not work. Horrible.

Disappoints Customer

TOTAL SCAM: Garbage quality, fake shipping, and zero support

Avoid Ms. Dressly at all costs! This site is a complete bait-and-switch.

I paid for "5-day express shipping," but it took three full weeks for the package to arrive. When it finally did, the quality was a joke. They are basically selling $5 garbage items from Temu at a massive markup. The product I received looked nothing like the photos on the site—the fabric was cheap, the construction was terrible, and it felt like it was falling apart straight out of the bag.

To make matters worse, their customer service is non-existent. They are literally impossible to get in touch with—I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and have been completely ghosted.

Save your money and your sanity. Do not buy from them!

Scammers. Fake return policy

Scam of a company. I ordered a white shirt and got a black shirt in the wrong size. They also sent me a xxl tan shirt I didn’t even order. I tried to get the refund. SCAM. The email replies say “I’ll notify the appropriate department”. Repeat x 10. I’ve got garbage I paid 50.00 for and it’s not what I ordered and I can’t get it returned. Do NOT USE THEM

Their refund poilicy is a scam

Their refund poilicy is a scam. They do not offer a money back gurantee. Their charges are hidden for what they call their extra services. They will not refun until you sign on to their app for seven days. I guess they do not understand the meaning of money back guarantee.

Company not resolving issue…

I ordered a pink sweater and received an orange one and the shoulders are too small. The company has done nothing to try to resolve this after repeated messages. Do not buy from this company. I wish I had checked reviews before buying!

Let me add my AWFUL experience with Dressly

Let me add my experience with Dressly. The special charge for the program was $15.99. Imagine my surprise when I was charged $15.99 plus $19.99 for a color analysis. I asked for a full and complete refund and have been getting the runaround since. They state you must use the program 7 days before getting a refund AND need to see a screenshot of this before issuing a refund. I'm not interested in using the program at all anymore. They do NOT want to issue me a refund. The company is a HUGE scam. Buyer BEWARE!

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

If I could rate this company with no stars I would. I received my item on 07/08 and found the quality of the item was poor and did not fit right. I have been going back and forth with this company since 07/17 for a refund. I followed the return policy procedures for a refund of $49.99 and was sent an email on 08/27, telling me my $15 credit would expire in 48 hours. SERIOUSLY!! Like I would ever make another purchase with them after this experience. I sent a response demanding my full refund and I am waiting for a response. Never again.
